They have helped us with any kind of  lawn work. Those guys are incredible and wonderful. The service is above expectation. The worker are wonderful. they give attention to details. What I love about this company is that they are so responsible. If we have a question or request, we call them and they are on top of it. We call them in morning and they are there in one hour. We are so impressed and happy with these guys.

Based on my previous experience with Ruppert, I inquired about additional property maintenance.  I requested and added additional services of fall leave removal and snow removal.  Ruppert's is very professional.  My wife and I are very satisfied with this firm and would highly recommend them to other clients. <br />

I can't believe how professional Mark Ruppert was.  He was away and called me from his vacation telling me when he would be back to meet with me for a consult.  We met and his professionalism showed immediately.  He walked around the property made notes and measurements.  He then made a few suggestions, which I approved right away.  After meeting with two other landscapers, and having a bad experience with a previous landscaper, I knew immediately I wanted Mark to do the job.  He realized we were in a hurry due to the fact we were listing the property and he squeezed us in between two other jobs he had. I had an estimate that evening! He came in a week later and did the work in literally a day and 1/2.  The landscaping was a work of art.  He picked beautiful perennials and a few annuals and the landscaping in the back of the property was even more beautiful then the front.  I know that the best way to work with a professional artist is to just let them do their thing.  I just gave him a few requests I wanted, but the rest was his creation.   I know that his work increased the value of my property. I was so impressed I'm having him do some work at our townhouse in Simsbury. <br />

Don't let the price scare you, because we have a very large yard.  <br /> They average about once per week, but that depends on rainfall, etc. To their credit, if the grass isn't growing -- they don't come as often. Very pleased thus far. The employees are all extremely courteous and polite. <br />

This review of Mark Ruppert and his team is submitted by two very happy homeowners.  <br /> We came to our home in the fall of 2011.  We "inherited" the former owner's lawn service.  Over several years, we became dissatisfied with that service and reviewed recommendations on Angie's List in hopes of finding a new lawn care service provider.  Our Angie's List search brought us, serendipitously, to Mark Ruppert.  <br /> We walked the property with Mark in late September 2013.  We were impressed with Mark's demeanor, level of expertise, and common sense approach to what we viewed as "problem" areas on the property.  Given this very favorable first interview, and after considering options, we decided to hire Mark Ruppert's service.  My husband and I have been thanking our lucky stars ever since!  <br /> Very shortly after we hired Mark, we needed a patio built in our back yard to support a hot tub.  We asked Mark for a proposal.  The schematic that Mark presented for review was inventive, aesthetically lovely, and beautifully detailed.  We accepted the proposal and went forward with the project with Mark at the helm.  <br /> A pre-existing drainage system was discovered during excavation.  Changes to the original plan were needed.  Mark came up with an equally attractive, new outline for the patio to accommodate the older, pre-existent drainage system.  Mark then engineered an elegant solution that addressed the overall poor drainage in our back yard area.   <br /> Mark's communication skills (via phone or email) were always first rate.  We were never left wondering what was going on or what was going to happen next.  <br /> Mark and his crew consistently produced a level of quality work that was exemplary in every respect.  From inception in mid-October 2013 to completion of the project in 2014, we have been immeasurably enthusiastic about everything that Mark Ruppert and his superior crew have done to enhance the beauty of our property.  <br /> In summation, Mark Ruppert and his team bring with them to the jobsite an admirable work ethic, impressive creativity, commitment to please, a well-honed sense for detail, and exceptionally high quality work.  My husband and I are delighted to know that Mark Ruppert and his employees are now servicing our "outside space."  Mark Ruppert has developed a stellar organization and we are looking forward to enjoying Mark's superb services for years to come.  We are absolutely thrilled to have found him.  Thank you, Mark, and <br /> thank you, Angie! <br />

Mark and his team were great. They did a beautiful job edging and mulching our tree beds and around our home.

I don't know why I waited so long to sign these guys up. I worked with Mark Ruppert. They came and cleaned my half acre property less than a week after I called. Mark was extremely responsive by email or phone. I came home from work and thought I was at the wrong house because it looked so good! I hadn't cleaned up in the fall so there were branches, pine needles and leaves all over the property. Excellent value and excellent job. I signed them up for weekly lawn maintenance as well but they haven't started yet.

I had a good experience. They are timely and they are neat and clean about what they do.

I contacted Ruppert and Co. on a whim after seeing a sign in a neighbor's yard.  Mark was very responsive via email and kept me informed throughout the whole process.  He explained the services and did an estimate within a day of contact.  Talk about prompt.  <br /> Once the guys arrived, WOW!!  What a thorough job.  My yard looks great and it's ready for winter.  I would recommend Mark and his company for anyone needing yard work.  Mark's service is the best part. <br />

Our experience with Ruppert & Company has been great.  Mark Ruppert is very experienced, professional, responsive and extremely pleasant to deal with.  We hired them this year to do spring & fall clean ups and weekly mowing & trimming.  We are very impressed with the service and attention we receive from Mark and his staff.

The service turned out fine. They are a terrific firm and for thirty years they have always done an excellent service. They are a family owned business and they are extremely responsive and responsible. They did major gardening work for me and that was around a $1,000.00 this summer. They have done spring and fall cleanup. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I found Mark's information on Anglie's List and he was very forthcoming about his availability and we found a way to plan the work in my absence.  They then came earlier than expected and did a wonderful job, as well as being very courteous.  They were also half the price of their local competitors.  I will definitely use them again and unconditionally recommend them.  Thank you Mark and Angie! <br />

The crew at Ruppert & Co. did a SUPER job on my lawn. The owner of this company is extremely professional and friendly (not to mention flexible--I had to change the date of the service at the last minute--I got no complaint and immediate response). Price was very reasonable and exactly what was estimated. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! <br />

They are phenomenal.  They maintain my property.  They do fall cleanup, spring cleanup, mowing, seeding and anything that needs to be done.  They also do some gardening.  I could not recommend them more highly.  They've been doing lawn care for me since 1982 and that's a lot of experience.  They are really great.  There are no wussiness in their organization.  They are very customer friendly.  The billing is fair and done promptly.  If I have questions they get back to me immediately.  The staff is wonderful.  I can't say enough good things about them.
