The man took my money and did not complete the work. I did not realize that until after he had left. The area in question is in the hallway. I received an email yesterday from Russell Brown indicating that he would come back if I pay him $ 150.00 trip charge. I have already over paid for the job. Please let me know if your company can't do anything about this, i'll turn it over to an attorney. This man is not going to take my money

"I was hired to do a job for Mr [Member Name Removed] he agreed on the price before I started I fixed all of the squeaks that he complained about I had him walk the house with me two times before I left the next day he called me back and said he found another squeak I told him I would you charge him a minimum trip charge to come back and fix it he said no"

They were friendly, great, clean, and I had no issue with the service. They were nice guys and I already referred them to my friends.
