We had a bit of back and forth with our initial communications, but once they got started with the work, they were prompt, skilled and efficient.  The pricing was fair for the work done, and we are pleased with the results.  I liked the fact that they suggested some things we might want to consider improving in the future, and that they were honest about one issue that was outside of their scope of expertise. <br />

It went very well. They showed up about 30 min late, but called me to let me know they were running behind. They took out the old set of attic stairs, and added in extra support to the new attic stairs. All in all it feels very sturdy and can definitely support 300 pounds. I am super satisfied. <br />

Todd and Roy were great.  I provided them with a list of items that needed to be completed, and they took care of everything.  They have a great work ethic - something we have found lacking in many other contractors in the area.  I would hire them again and would also highly recommend. <br />

GFCI was tripping the power in two rooms.  He determined the cause and corrected it. Very quick to respond and reliable. <br />

Went great! He was in and out. No waiting all day.

I've used Todd several times now and will continue to call on him!  He's reliable, he answers the phone when nobody else will, he's trustworthy and honest.  He's been in and out of our condo when we aren't there.  He does a thorough and good job at a good price. <br />

They are pleasant and easy to work with. It is obvious that both Todd and Roy want to ensure the quality of their work and to maintain a good reputation.
