Wonderful. The men were ready to go. They did not waste time. They treated the furniture with care and put everything in the apartment where designated. I would hire them in a heart beat next time we move. Highly recommended to friends and family.

It went ok, other then some damage to my dryer, my freezer and speaker. Some boxes marked fragile were turned upside down and not handled carefully, and scratched floor in the bedroom. They were courteous and friendly, but not careful of my things.

"Ladies and gentlemen who may be reading this review I made a deal with the customer for the damage caused to this dryer something fell from the top of the truck and hit the top part of the dryer denting a little it’s an old dryer that I can get on craigslist for anywhere from $40-$75 I did not charge this gentleman $200 for the last hour my guys were working and we did not scratch the floor we laid furniture pads down to move every single piece on the bedroom floor so this review is mildly exaggerated to make it sound worse than it actually was. The good thing about these reviews is that I also got to make my point so thank you for the C.... and the generous tip of $60 to each of my guys, Classy up until that point I Guess..."

First off I did a lot of it also. Second one of the people carrying a night stand carried it backwards an a drawer fell out down the stair an put a dent in the railing. Third they moved the fridge an cut the vinyl floor gouging it. I had to repair them or landlord would take out of my security deposit an still pay full price an also pay for another full hour even though I did a lot of the work with them. They also left part of the tool boxes that were to be delivered to one location on the truck then drove to an auction house 30 min away an I had to put them in my car they were not small prices. Then pay someone to get them out when I got to the new house. They offered to go back but at that point I was done with them. Not worth the money spent. Not very happy. I will not recommend them to anyone.

"Shortly after arrival to this Job, we were made aware by the customer that he was under the influence of Cocaine which made us all very uncomfortable for we have a strict policy against drug use, As mentioned by the customer in his review he was moving a lot of the furniture including the refrigerator, gouged the floor himself then went on to let us finish so he could blame us for it. Dear reader, we finished gracefully and to his satisfaction even gave us a tip and said what good job we had done. Then I read this review. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, unfortunately we can’t please everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read this review and hopefully this doesn’t have an impact on your overall decision to consider our company."

We cannot say enough great things about Joe, Jose, & their team! We had 2 moves within the last 3 months & they handled each of them exceptionally. They were courteous, polite, professional, organized, careful, & by the end of the day you feel as though you've known them forever. There was not even another choice when we needed to move again. They took great care of our items and always made sure we were ok as well. We even had a what could have been a disastrous plumbing issue in our brand new home as we were moving in and Joe and Jose sprang into action to help us out. It's service that you just don't find any more! Awesome job!!

Joe and his son Jose and other crew were efficient and punctual. Moved everything (furniture) smoothly. Nothing broken. Paid the price they quoted me. They were hundreds of dollars less than other movers. The truck was new & clean. Would use them again. Would recommend them. We moved 10/10/2019

I would highly recommend Joe and his moving company. He helped my husband and I out in a major bind when another company we had hired did not show up the day of our move. I tried Angie’s list on a whim and found his company listed. I called him and he personally arrived at our home within an hour and had a helper with him. He was professional, polite, and I couldn’t be happier with his performance that day. My husband and I were and are very appreciative of his willingness to help us out immediately that day.

Joe and the other movers showed up on time and did a tremendous job! They took excellent care of all of our furniture and were exceptionally accommodating to our needs. It took them practically no time to load everything into the truck. They even carried in an extremely large and heavy table that had been dropped off at the house, even when it wasn't part of the original agreement! I can't stress enough how wonderful they were to deal with. The price was extremely fair and the work was at the level of a company that would have charged significantly more. I would and will recommend them to anyone who has a need for attentive, diligent movers!!!

We moved half our family from Brooklyn to Bethlehem. They arrived early, and worked tirelessly to breakdown furniture and carefully transport all pieces down four flights of stairs. Our furniture and possessions arrived completely in tact and wrapped with care in blankets. We hadn't hired them initially to help move the other half of our family from Breinigsville to Bethlehem, but they offered when they saw how overwhelmed we were. Joe sent 4 people over, when we only asked for 2 and quickly moved all of the larger furniture pieces to the third floor of our new home. Overall, they were incredibly helpful, the movers were polite, and careful with the walls, furniture and pets. We built such a rapport with everyone that we can't wait to have them over for our housewarming. Hire them, don't look anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

We moved from a 3000sq ft house(completely full of furniture and boxes). Ruth's made the entire process extremely easy and took all the stress out of the move. They showed up a little bit early and made sure they were ready to go at their start time. They were extremely careful with all the furniture and boxes as if they were moving their own furniture, everything was wrapped with shrink wrap and blankets. They also took great care to not damage the house while moving. They worked for 14 hours with only taking a 30 minute lunch break, they were always going and are extremely hard workers! They did such a great job we decided to have them come back a second day and move the rest of the items we were going to move ourselves. They are fantastic to work with, friendly, fair, honest and very professional. You can't go wrong with Ruth's movers. Communication with Joe Torres is spot on. Very respectful! We hired Ruth's Movers when we moved back from Florida in 2017 and were hoping to use them again now. Contacted Joe, estimate given, showed up right on time to our place. Joe and his 3 movers showed up and the work got done in no time. No chitter chatter, got right down to business. Joe's crew did a fantastic job, very respectful and careful with our belongings. 3rd floor to 3rd floor. No problem at all! I would definitely get these hard workers again! I can't recommend Ruth's Movers highly enough! These gentlemen were superior in every way - they were punctual, friendly and professional, extremely careful with my furniture and flooring and excellent at dismantling and reassembling my furniture. I had a last minute change with an extra pick up of furniture and they easily accommodated me. I have moved several times in the last few years and Ruth's Movers are by far the absolute best experience I have had. Many thanks to Joe, Jose, Philip, Reggie and Joe! You are all wonderful! And a special thank you all for being patient and helping me figure out where to place the furniture/rugs !!!!

Joe and Jose were awesome! They were available when I needed them and showed up about 5-10 minutes before our appointment. They were professional and quick. Moving the sleeper sofa proved to be more challenging than we all thought but they were prepared for the challenge and made it look easy. I would most definitely recommend Ruth’s Movers.

A++! They made our move tremendously easy. The guys were all very friendly and worked so hard. They did a great job preventing damage. Joe was so friendly and really cared about his team. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Joe, his son and fellow workers arrived on time and went to work immediately. They started moving all of the boxes and items. Joe took care of wrapping and protecting the furniture. The TV was wrapped in blankets and put in a separate vehicle to protect this in the move. Also, there was a sofa that was too large to move through the door which had to be hoisted over a balcony. This was also protected with blankets and was successfully moved even though it was raining during this whole move! All of the men were very professional and courteous working to get this done in record time! I would recommend Ruth's Movers to anyone who needed any type of moving to be done. Very professional taking care of all of your possessions! Great job done by everyone! Thank you so much for this for we couldn't have done this without you! Joe and his team were excellent from start to finish. When I first called, Joe was very friendly and able to give me a quote over the phone. I called back a week or so later to schedule the date and time. On the day of the move Joe called me when he was leaving and arrived a bit early which worked out really well for me. We walked through the path to move the safe and planned out how it would be done. They finished the job very quickly and without a scratch taking very good precautions not to damage anything. The two gentlemen Joe had with him were very friendly and courteous and respectful. I would absolutely recommend Joe’s services and will keep him in mind for any future moves.
