Mr. Vargas did not perform the work. The house remains the same. He later claimed that he could not do the job due to an issue with a beam. Another house level contractor inspected the site and states that there is no issue with a beam and that there is no evidence of any work having been performed whatsoever I requested that Mr. Vargas refund my money and he has refused.
