I hired Eric to repair/replace attic flooring and to drywall the space after it was insulated. He showed me pics of renovated spaces that he had supposedly done. He did not tell me he does not have carpentry or drywall skills. If he had a skilled team at one time he does not have one now. He worked starting in April worked about three days and then had a succession of illnesses, accidents and surgeries for himself or his family for 5 weeks. All with little to no communication. When work resumed it was at his convenience, often at night which disrupted my work and family routine. The flooring when finished was patched and not level. As he does not have any drywalling skills he found two guys who had even less skills who installed it backwards and broken edges were everywhere. I insisted it be redone, he finally found someone else to do it. Then the mudding and tape was done by yet another crew that didnâ t show up until 8 at night to work for several nights. No floor protection or sheeting was used so there was plaster dust everywhere and wet mud dropped on my hardwood floors. Drywalling one attic room took 5 weeks. The job begun in April was finished the first week of July. As a parting gesture Eric after many reminders finally put drywall in a small attic closet space and of course installed it backwards. It was one long nightmare and I hope to save someone else the headache.

Eric and his crew did an awesome job. Communication was excellent throughout the job. We had several changes throughout the project which the handled in stride. Time was a third quicker than other quotes we got. Value was excellent and quality was great.

Delighted with Reyes Construction. We were in a huge time crunch in deciding last minute to replace a bathroom ceiling before another contractor was coming to install glass around new shower. Reyes contacted us within 15 min of our request and worked on Sat and Sunday for us so that our project did not get derailed or delayed! All the employees were professional, skilled and very courteous. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did for us!

While follow-up details had a minor glitch or two, Erick was very professional, friendly, considerate, and easy to work with; and their work ethic is unparalleled! The job of lighting our roofline for the holidays took more time than planned but they did it according to the agreement. They worked in the dark until late one evening in cold weather. They definitely earned our respect.

Came the next day after we requested service! Took care of leaves and was extremely polite, professional and patient. Would absolutely use services again!
