An with SNL was great to work with Arrived on time and got the job done easily. I would recommend SNL for anyone needing a good contract.

They did the work in less than 2 weeks and it looks great. Dan was good to work with. He worked to get things they way I wanted but also had good advice. He checked on things daily to make sure things were being done right and the way we wanted and was willing to change things if needed. He communicated well and he has a secretary to follow up with too that was good. I thought the bid was very reasonable. We would use him again.

Our 27 year old kitchen needed a complete overhaul. My wife and I created a custom design and Dan and his crew aced it. Not only does it look fantastic but they got it done incredibly fast. Not only did they redo our entire kitchen but painted our house interior, re-floored the entire downstairs and replaced a worn/rotted old door and more in 3 and a half weeks! As a bonus Dan as his team were personable and easy to get along with. They took any issues we had seriously and made sure we were happy. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We hired Dan and his team to do a full remodel of our master bathroom, which was still the original bathroom from 1983 when the house was built. The whole bathroom was slate blue, including the tub and toilet, and was covered in dated tile and leaking. Dan came to take a look and gave us a quote on the spot which he stuck to throughout the project. They gutted the bathroom and rebuilt it from the floor up including installing new masonry boards to make the floor even and stable. They rebuilt the shower, bathtub frame, retiled everything, installed new shower, whirlpool tub, new plumbing, new vanity and toilet. They also painted the walls, cabinets and doors for us for free after we decided we didn’t want to do it ourselves mid project. Dan went tile shopping with me and helped me pick what would work best for our bathroom. Everyone in his crew was professional, fast and did excellent quality work. We were told it would take two weeks and it was as completely done within that time frame (actually it only took 12 days). The bathroom came out beautifully and we love it. Best part was Dan himself - he’s awesome! Super friendly and fun to be around and he knows his craft. He was here everyday working with his crew. Definitely an expert and we learned a lot from him. Would highly recommend S-N-S Remodeling and plan to call him when we are ready for our next project.

We had bookshelves installed in our living room. They did an excellent job! Dan followed up during the process to make sure we were happy with the work. They look better than we imagined! The contractors were quiet, fast and didn’t make a mess. We love the job and plan to use SNS for future projects.

It was amazing. Dan Shannon is a very nice man and his crews are amazing. All this work was finished in three weeks! We are very pleased with the work, and our house is beautiful now. We changed our minds about what we wanted several times, and Dan took it in stride because he wanted us to have what we wanted. I highly recommend this company for your remodeling needs.

It went well. The 2 guys painted very well. The owner helped cut and put up the baseboards for us. Did a great job! We will hire again.

Excellent. We requested proposals from four contractors, all of whom were listed on Angie's List. SNS was the clear winner. Dan Shannon, the company owner, visited the house and understood exactly what we envisioned. He then submitted a very clear and concise proposal. SNS's actual performance lived up to our high expectations. All work was started as planned and completed slightly ahead of schedule. We now have two beautiful bathrooms. Dan has been doing this for 40 years and it showed. Dan was excellent at planning the work and then executing the plan. He was also critical at assisting us in selecting the right kind of tile for the job and recommending several improvements which saved money. Dan has a small crew of people that have been with SNS for several years. They are well trained and their craftsmanship was obvious. As one might image remodeling two bathrooms can be very disruptive to a household. SNS did a very good job of minimizing this disruption. The furniture was covered and drop clothes were laid down in all traffic areas. SNS showed up promptly each morning and worked a full day cleaning up after themselves at the end of day. The crew were all polite and easy to work with. Dan exhibited a can-do attitude and out-of-the-box thinking that resulted in a final product that was beautiful, functional, exceeded our expectations, and was completed at a reasonable cost. Working with Dan was extremely pleasurable. We would not hesitate to use SNS again.

It was great! perfect! more than I had expected to get! I got beautiful custom cabinets and vanities, a new shower along with finishing the rest of repairs on the house. His crews are people who have been with him a long time - not guys from Home Depot parking lot - and they are VERY professional, efficient and do excellent work. I couldn't be happier. I trust Dan and his crew to do an excellent, fairly priced job, on time. Plus, Dan is a very personable guy which made the whole experience less stressful.

Dan's workers were great in their trades. I had issues with two of them dumping the trash in my flower beds but Dan, the contractor, made sure they cleaned up their mess. Dan does care about his customers and wants everyone on the same page. Be very specific with him with what to do-do this with any contractor. Make sure you remind them to cover up furniture, clothes, beds, and floors. They seem to not worry about your things but I notice this with any contractor. I stayed the whole time because I don't trust others in my homes. This company I would trust and would hire again anytime.

Dan Shannon and crew did a wonderful job on my bathroom. His was the best price and he was very patient with me. I changed my mind a lot. He educated me and never made me feel less. He is a man of his word, he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I highly recommend SNS Remodeling, Dan Shannon. He will be doing many more projects for me. This picture does not show the true beauty of this small bathroom. It's gorgeous!

Everything turned out beautiful. We bought our house in 2013, and it was a flip so had just been redone. As terrible as going through the flood in 2015 was, we ended up with prettier, nicer house--because Dan and SNS do fantastic work at a reasonable price.

Perfect! I called Dan to come out and give me a quote, and he showed up as promised. He measured everything and said he’d email me a quote. He sent the quote the next day. He had good online reviews, was nice, and was professional. I had no communication problems with Dan. The work that was done is beautiful! I can’t believe how much difference it made and how happy we are with the work. His employees were very courteous and were careful to lay down tarps to cover the carpet. They cleaned up every day before they left. The guy who built the fireplace front from scratch was amazing: I gave him a picture of what I wanted and he recreated it perfectly. On top of that, he made sure what he built was within building codes. Dan called every day to make sure I was happy with the work and that his guys were doing a good job. I got quotes from a few contractors before hiring Dan, and I thought his price was extremely fair as well.
