Sam is very responsive and came around a day after my phone call to take a look at my project. I explained him my general vision, he understood what I wanted and made some great recommendations on certain things himself that I wouldn’t be able to come up with. He started the work the next day and was finished a few days after. From my phone call to finishing up this project took less then a week. Amazing! We love our new open kitchen and would definitely use SAC contracting again for any future projects.

Samuel paid exquisite attention to detail and treated this project as if it were his own home. He worked long hours to complete the project before our house guests arrived. I was impressed by his knowledge of everything - building code and standards. He found a way to handle any request I had like angling the mirror. He has ambitious work ethic and is completely trustworthy. He went above and beyond on our project - I highly recommend!

The owner is very diligent and a hard worker. He addressed any questions and was very clear in explaining things to me to make me feel comfortable. He was a perfectionist in his work. Its a really good company. He was really good with design and exceeded my expectations.

It went really well. Looks much better than it did before! He stills works for me to this day. My favorite thing about him is that if he ever does anything I don't like, he is always happy to redo it.
