Matt did an excellent job. We have an island in a home we just bought with some discolored spots which looked like burns. Matt determined what kind of stone we had and was able to clean and buff the stone so that the burns no longer showed. He also cleaned and resealed the rest of the granite countertops, and they looked really beautiful. This is the second time I've used Matt to work on stone tiles, and I've been very impressed with his work. I'm very happy to recommend him.

Matt was great to work with.  He was booked out three weeks when I contacted him for a quote but was willing to give me a ballpark figure when I provided him the sq. ft. of the area's I was looking to have cleaned.  He was even able to squeeze me in 3 days later and the tile looks absolutely fantastic.  The price he quoted me was exactly what he said it would be just off of my rough estimates,  He showed up exactly when he said he would be there and work was completed timely.  I would definitely work with Matt again for my future tile cleaning needs.  Thanks Matt! <br />

Matt and his helper, Connor, were extremely professional. They were running a little late, so they called to let me know. When they arrived, they laid tarps from the front door to the upstairs bath (his cleaning equipment connects to and is driven from his vehicle). The cleaning took a couple of hours. When done, the grout was nearly as white as the tile and the floor was cleaned from wall to wall and under the claw footed tub. Matt took extra hand work on the area his equipment couldn't reach (under the tub). We're very satisfied and will have him back in a could of years to keep things sparkling. You don't realize how grout slowly darkens over time until one day you think, "Hey, I need to call a pro!" <br />

His most recent work was to re-grout our master shower and quote on resurfacing our granite counters.  I was and am so amazed that he did some water testing on the surface and advised that no resurfacing was needed; here was an excellent opportunity to expand his profitability, but did not and I am always impressed by his integrity and his professionalism.  While here a friend was visiting and I was able to recommend him highly and do to you as well. <br />

First they came and evaluated our shower.  It is entirely made of marble but was etched and had scum that we could not remove.  He was knowledgeable and suggested appropriate cleaning products to use on this material.  We made an appointment for him to come back and clean and polish the entire shower.  We could not be happier with the results, and his professionalism.  We would definitely use this company again. <br />

Matt did an exceptional job. Even though the shower is over 15 years old, he was able to replace the soiled grout and match it to the rest of the grout in the shower almost exactly. The floor of the shower was terribly stained, and it now looks almost like new. It's a wonderful change. I'll be using Sac Surface Pro on a regular basis to keep the tile clean and sparkling! <br />

<p>The wrong kind of cleaner was used on the beautiful marble in my master bathroom (housekeepers don't seem to know anything about it).  It's large, maybe 400 sq. ft.  It took two days to repair and refinish.  Matt did a wonderful job repairing and refinishing plus he educated my household (including housekeepers) on what to use and what not to use to keep the floors, shower clean and shiny.  He also provided cleaner for us to use.</p> <p>I am using him again on other surfaces outside!!</p> <br />

See above. I paid him before I knew the floor wasn't completed. He told me that since that and quot;under the refrigeratorand quot; couldn't be seen, there was no reason to do under it. I paid him the amount for the work. After he left, I went out into the garage and discovered he hadn't done under the door. I called him after I found out that the floor wasn't done under the door and told him I also wanted the job completed with the floor done under the refrigerator as I considered that was also the Kitchen floor. He said he was so busy and couldn't get back to me for at least a week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I'm concerned because I already paid him and this might be the last of him. I hope you can get him to complete his contract as he should. He is very affable and convincing and that what throws the customer off. After he told me that he didn't do and quot;UNDER THE REFRIGERATORand quot;, I thought it over and was concerned that he should take that stand; after all, UNDER THE REFRIGERATOR, was part of the Kitchen floor and shouldn't be ignored. Matt, the point person, was very responsive in returning my call and arrived as agreed upon to give a quote. While his bid was not the lowest, I felt pretty confident that his company would do a the better job, and I was not disappointed. The two workers that he sent arrived right on time, and they came to work! Both were courteous, professional, and they knew what they were doing. They used tarps to cover and protect appropriate areas, which I really appreciated. I was very pleased with their work and the results. So much better than the last company I used!! I also appreciated that there were no hidden charges. I was billed exactly what I was quoted. I would absolutely recommend them! <br />

I like that they were very organized, they responded to my call, I arranged for scheduling for a quote, and arranged for scheduling for the job itself so that worked out pretty well.
