The job and relationship could not have been better. From the proposal presentation through the execution of the work to the finish, Ygal Sadock was a pleasure to know and to work with. Not the cheapest price or the lowest but fair for the quality deliverd. He used the high rated paint I requested.

YGAL WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND HE DID THE WORK HE SAID HE WOULD DO.  HE FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL THE NEXT DAY TO ENSURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH HIS WORK.  WE WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

From the first day of work, Mr. Sadock and his employees were courteous, polite, and professional at all times. They worked well as a team, were pleasant, reliable, efficient, and hard working. They were puntually there each day to work on time, were well groomed, and eager to begin. We were impressed with the quality of their work, and the way the work was completed. <br /> Each day, focus areas were prepared for work. Our furniture was treated with care, and the walls and floors protected. We were always kept in the loop as to what was happening, and the progress of the overall project. At the end of each day,the work area was cleaned, and materials and tools put away. Our comfort was always a high priority. <br /> When the project was completed, we were asked to do a final walk-through of all the rooms of the house. Mr. Sadock's employees touched up, replaced all light fixtures and vents, thoroughly vacuumed, and cleaned work areas. They did great work. <br /> In the end, we were left with beautiful ceilings. Mr. Sadock, Ygal, personally followed up with us each day to make sure we were pleased with all progress. He continually went over and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the work, and his employees. We appreciated the suggestions, courtesy, and care he afforded us, and our home. We have had Ygal out to our home for repair work on two separate ocassions.  One time he did drywall repair, texture and paint and the next time painting only.  He provided excellent service.  He is a clean, neat guy and very friendly.  The integrity and caring he brings to the job make one feel good about having them into your home.  I highly reccommend them.

Overall the work was good. Unless you are a contractor, owner's rep, or an architect, it will be a little hard to understand and get a good quote. I feel like since I have some experience it was easier for me to understand. I have worked on a lot of commercial jobs, and this was the first residential job that I have dealt with. The price was acceptable.

Having worked with Ygal before made the decision of who to work with to accomplish this project fairly simple. He and I spoke at some length about what my husband and I envisioned for our garage makeover. It took quite a bit of planning before work actually began. I had no idea how complicated it would be to bring our old garage into the 21st century. Ygal explained what was necessary - that all of the myriad gas and water pipes and electrical wires had to be moved in order to end up with a clean product for the framing and drywall. He has excellent contacts in the construction industry and definitely brings the best people in to work with him. This turned out to be a bigger and more complicated job than originally anticipated. A soffitt had to be built across the entire east side of the garage to encase the plumbing pipes and electrical wires. A smaller soffitt was also built across the west side above the garage door for a similar purpose. The area around and behind a tankless water heater had to be creatively framed and boxed to allow for access to the pipes. Each of the walls was drywalled, the entire roof line was insulated and a ceiling created, existing skylights were boxed in as were numerous odd empty corners, and a small loft built to allow for extra miscellaneous storage. Finally, everything was textured, primed, and painted. We completed the project with cupboards, flooring, a laundry sink, and new lighting provided by other companies. Ygal understood what we wanted to accomplish and was able to put the pieces of the puzzle together to make it happen. Because our garage opens off of our family room, we often have a reason to go out there. Having a bright, airy, clean, and well-organized garage has definitely increased the quality of our lives. There is literally a place for everything, including the cars!

Ygal was prompt and professional. He introduced his workers. He quoted a fair price. He kept me informed when plans changed and worked with my schedule. the work left a beautiful result.

There was little or no preparation, no wall cleaning, no taping until I demanded it, covering or care of furniture and other property (i.e. no plastic was used to cover my electronic equipment, piano or furniture during sanding). There was lack of oversight of workers, hiring of new or inexperienced workers. Painting was done hurriedly resulting in many drips, lack of coverage, poor quality of work, and damage of property. Paint was dripped on furniture, baseboards, etc. Paint had to be removed from adjacent areas such as ceilings and wooden walls, vinyl floors, furniture. It was chaos in my home during the two weeks they were present. They broke my thermostat, track lights, scraped finish on new toilet seat, cleaned a brush in the sink, used the headboard of my bed as a ladder, and walked on my tile counters with shoes, used my personal equipment (vacuum, mop, bucket, etc.) I know how to paint and I was totally stressed out by this unprofessional approach to painting and lack of respect for my property. There is a lot more that I could say, but this is sufficient to give you an idea of how the job went. Very Badly!!!

He called before arriving to the job with his assistant. They were both very professional and very thorough with their work. They finished on time and we were very pleased with the results. Ygal is very knowlegable in his field and was very helpful with suggestions and any questions we had. We called him back the following week after the job was completed with a question we had with one area that was repaired and he was very prompt to find a resolution for our issue. Although he charges far more than others, the quality and service was worth it. From start to finish, he was very pleasant to work with and we plan to use him in again in the future for our drywall needs.

Ygal was highly recommended to me and rightly so. Before the work began, he determined the nature and scope of the work to be done and gave us a detailed estimate. He and his assistants were great from start to finish. They arrived on time every day. They were incredibly neat, diligent, and very thorough in their work. We have a large pond area in the backyard that never once had paint chips floating in the water! Ygal pointed out and handled potential problem areas we had not noticed. Nearly all of the wood in the patio cover had been replaced due to wood rot. Ygal recommended we add wood trim to the 4x4's to improve their uneven appearance and it was definitely an excellent recommendation. The columns, remaining old wood, and new wood were sanded, scraped, primed, and caulked as needed; and then completely painted by hand, not just sprayed. No detail escaped Ygal's discerning eye. The patio cover truly was transformed into something far more attractive than it was. He also completely painted the newly installed gate area by our front entrance, fascia boards near the front door, and handled some left-over stucco and cement repairs at the end of an extensive remodel project. In addition, he took care of some repair work to a bathroom wall and secured a towel rack, also subsequent to the remodel project.
