Lu and his team are exceptional! Very professional, transparent with their bid, very responsive, punctual, and knowledgable. Lu provided me with a well formulated bid on my project the same day. Priced fairly. Wasnâ t the cheapest but definitely presented professionally and fairly. His proposal included price itemization for each of my projects. - install book shelf = $250 - hang large mirror = $99 - fix shower door = $150 - assemble bedroom set = $495 - patched holes in walls =$150 - installed TV mount = $275 - installed new toilet = $125 I provided their prices as I did get lower overall price from two other outfits, but both their bids just had a total number at the bottom. I appreciated the itemized pricing. After Lu took the time to share with me his pricing criteria, I was sold. He stood behind his price and his workmanship and professionalism justified it. We will be using him in perpetuity!

Lu and his team came out and inspected the property and we accepted his bid and he came out the next day to complete the work. We appreciated the transparency with the estimate ahead of time and the follow through. The work was meticulous and we were really satisfied with the craftsmanship.

We had our back/side yard completely built & designed by this company. Me being in the construction industry I tend to be a little picky about the work done to my home. I was very impressed by the attention to detail that Lu the owner showed on our entire project. He was involved from the beginning until the end. His design was by far the best we received from anyone other company. He was able to understand what we were looking for and improve on it. The communication was top notch from beginning to the end. We appreciated the updates on schedule and we’re never left wondering what was going on. We received no less than 4 quotes and we chose Nevada Outdoor Design build based on his beautiful design first and the effort he put in getting to know and understand what our expatiations were. I also appreciate his detail pricing and the breakdown of all the different aspects of our project. Was the best experience we have had getting work done on our home.
