The service tech was new and called his friend several times during troubleshooting. Following his “troubleshooting”, he reported to his company that I (owner) had “fried” the circuit board, even though he had no proof to go off of. Because SafeAir was contracted through my warranty company, the warranty group would not cover any future repairs. In essence, SafeAir screwed me over by not sending the right technician. Update: On my own dime, I found that there was a loose wire between the circuit board and thermostat causing the AC to not work. Maybe SafeAir can train their “technicians” on what a fried circuit board looks like and how to actually troubleshoot an AC. Total waste of money…

Safe Air did an amazing job replacing the entire HVAC system in my house. They were quick and courteous of my house while doing the job. I had lost cold air the next day but they came out right away to find that there was a manufacturer defect in the coil. After a temporary fix it was working great again. They cam back out in the next couple days to replace the temporary part with the correct piece. I would absolutely hire these guys again and would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and cooling work done on their house.

They did a great job. They are very efficient and virtuous in their work. They cleaned up were well after they finished their work. Very responsive to phone call. They also called to check whether the newly installed unit was working well a month after the fir the job. I will definitely recommend them fir any heating or air conditioning problems.
