I really appreciate Ana, Cesar, and their team for helping us take care of the asbestos in our home. Before reaching out, we were honestly expecting the process to be very expensive based on what we heard from other (unlicensed) contractors. After speaking with Ana and explaining our urgency, she immediately helped us submit the notice to the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency and we were able to get approval very quickly, even over the weekend. What impressed me most was her confidence and professionalism. She even moved forward with the process before we had fully committed, which showed how experienced and reliable they are. When the team came onsite, they reassessed the scope and actually lowered the estimate based on the actual square footage. They were very transparent, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the process. The work was completed smoothly, and they provided all the proper documentation, including the Certificate of Completion (COC), lab reports, air clearance

We have a central boiler system that is over 60 years old and one of the circulation pumps failed. After 2 months of waiting for parts the mechanical company finally came to repair it on Friday and discovered that all of the pipe insulation contained asbestos and couldn?t do the repair. I immediately called Safe Asbestos solutions LLC and they came out promptly to provide an estimate which was very fair and took into consideration the urgency to get it done. They pulled the permit immediately and were onsite Monday morning to remove it. If you?re in need of an honest and affordable asbestos removal company call these guys!!!
