Bob was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He came out to my house within a couple days of my initial contact. He explained how the treatments work including the initial treatment inside & out of the house & follow-up a month later. Then he would come out quarterly or whenever we needed him. The cost was a little more than I paid for my previous service. We paid around $100 for the initial service and a little less for the first quarter/follow-up. I like that he is local and easy to contact. I don't mind paying a little extra for that. As he was leaving he gave me a price quote to fertilize my new lawn. After a few days I called him back to start fertilizing the yard. He explained it would be done every 6 weeks and there was no contract. Since he has come out to treat the house for bugs & do his follow up we haven't seen many around our house. I am glad we found Bob on Angie's List and I would highly recommend him.

I recently moved to the Dallas area, and the house I rented had two different types of roaches and also ants. I read reviews on several businesses, but decided on Safe Earth based on a gut feeling. Bob was able to come the next day and was here when he said he'd be. He explained the signs he was looking for and the treatment as he went along. A really nice guy. It was only this morning, but I believe my gut feeling gave me the right person.

Totally satisfied. The sugar ants are gone and it's been a month since the service was done. They were sensitive to safety for kids, pets and wildlife and called to check up on whether the treatment was effective. I would definitely recommend.

Very well. Bob was very knowledgeable about pest. He cought all the rats in the attic and we also started a quarterly service.

Technician called approximately 15 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived we spoke about what issues we were experiencing then he did his own walk around of the house and property. I found this very professional and he noticed a few things my husband hadn't. He sprayed for fleas and spiders and told us the chemicals he was using would also treat mosquitos, ants and other bugs in the backyard and assured us everything was safe for our dogs. <br />He also treated the inside of the house and gave us tips on how to manage in between treatments. <br />I have not seen any fleas in the house and dogs have not been scratching while outside. Very happy with Safe Earth Pest Control. <br />I highly recommend them.

Excellent. It's been months and the only bugs I've seen, which were very few, were dead on arrival. So refreshing. Absolutely no ants have come back. I also have small children and a dog, and the chemicals used were safe, which is a bonus.

It went very well.  Bob even sent me photos of our rat trap to show that something had indeed been visiting!
