Safe Electric saved the day. Awesome job and they been out several other times to fix issues i keep finding. I will definitely keep them on my list and will use them again.

Guys showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed problem. While here we discussed she and load on house panel and had them install a whole-house surge protector. I had a post house get toasted by a lightning strike so seemed prudent given electronics in house.

He was quick and did what he said he would do.

$70 initial fee is not for anything but them to drive to your door. $432 is what I was quoted for diagnosis after they arrived. Be aware of their business plan before you call this company.

This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903.

Great! They were able to schedule in four days. They were on time. Very quick and efficient. They cleaned up after their work. I felt like they were expensive but I was able to use a coupon from their website.

Craig and Matt are my go to electricians. I can always rely on them to do a perfect job every time. And they're worth it.

Craig Desrosiers with Safe Electric did fantastic work for me right before Christmas. I liked how he arrived on the dot on time. I was so pleased with his work in fact, that I hired Craig a second time today, 12/27 for an additional several hours to install more Lutron Caseta radio dimmer switches for our home and landscape lighting control, which I love. He also installed new duplex outlets that were expertly cut and fished with no holes for me to patch and paint -what a relief and huge convenience to me. This was a very challenging job, especially since they were undoing improperly completed work previously done by a less experienced and unreliable electrician that I foolishly hired as side work (don't ever do that like I did a month ago, because you do NOT get what you think you paid for). Spend the money, hire a recommended licensed, experienced, and honest electrician. He tirelessly trouble shot and traced extensive track lighting fixtures throughout our mid century modern home. It helped to have all items purchased and ready for him to install. The few things I didn't have, he easily had ready to install from his work van. He was definitely prepared. Craig didn't cut any corners, he charged me a fair hourly rate, and most important: everything was done this time perfectly and safely. I feel strongly that when resale time should ever come around in the future years from now, I won't have any further issues or questions from a buyer's pesky home inspector, thanks to his job done right. 'Wish I'd called him first! I now have his cell number saved in my phone, and will gladly pass it on to anyone who asks me in passing if I know of a good electrician I can recommend. Call Craig first! He's the Lutron master pro, and he's been a licensed electrician for over 30 years...and his experience and professionalism shines bright and safe in my home, that's for sure.

Proposal was not clear. I had to review the scope of the job several times with Craig. Unfortunately, after the first day, I was told there would be additional charges for work he had performed that day. We negotiated to A mutually agreed compromise. Due to illness, there were several starts and stops along the way. Finally finished a few days later than expected. I was left with a big cleanup job in the basement. They swept, but not thoroughly and didn't cover a thing as they had promised. I would use them again but would be very clear on what I expected as a result and pricing

The Safe Electric guys are great. Craig took the time to explain what needed to be done and why and how they would do it. Although they had to diagnose and repair unexpected wiring issues, they did not charge me any more than the original estimate, and they worked over the weekend to finish the job on time.

Ask for Craig. His official title is VP of Operations, but I think he needs a new job title: Miracle Worker. We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. It took Craig twenty minutes to properly diagnose the problem--and fix it! We've had lots of people look at the bathroom fixture and no one could figure out how the cover came off. Craig figured it out. We're going to be taking the fixture to our new location and we're going to have Craig install it. He's very pleasant to work with. <br />

Excellent. We had other projects we wanted done, but they explained to us that installation of these fixtures (and a new outlet) would involved drywall being cut and they wanted us to know this before starting.  We decided this wasn't worth doing.  <br /> They arrived for the estimate a few minutes early, and arrived the day to work right on time. Matt did the installation, and he was professional, courteous, neat and clean. He was only there 1/2  a day. <br />

Matt is our go-to guy on electrical issues. <br /> On this most recent issue, he was able to get us in and do the work within a few days, even though he was almost totally booked with other jobs. <br /> Previously, he updated some wiring in our attic. <br /> He was a referral from our real-estate agent, and has done good work for us. <br />

Overall very happy and will use them again - maybe.(; I originally hired them for the electrical part of my new kitchen and to install a new - upgraded electrical panel. I added so many additional small jobs during the process that I may never have to hire them again - but I would if I needed to. We have an old ranch (60ish years old) and our electrical was a mess. I kept finding things to fix/upgrade/replace improve every time Craig was here so now we don't need any more electrical work. I felt very comfortable allowing them to work in my home unsupervised.

These guys were great (Craig Desrosiers and his amenable sidekick Joe).  They showed up on-time, knocked the job out expertly, gave me advice on how to improve other items (which I'd asked about), and were just generally professional, congenial, and fast.  <br /> <br /> Highly recommend, will definitely call for next project.
