Extremely impressed - I originally contacted him in December, and when he came over, he looked at the fireplace and told me that I could wait until after the winter to have it cleaned. He could have simply done the work and taken the payment even though it didn't need to be done yet. So I waited, and called this summer, scheduled a date, had to change the date, then I forgot on the second date. His response? No problem. On the 3rd date that I scheduled, he was here early. With a smile on his face, even though I had inconvenienced him and messed up his schedule the week before. That's customer service that you rarely find today. I have been using this company for many years, and will continue! <br />

Safe Flue used baited cages to lure squirrels out of building. When they stopped catching squirrels, they sealed up the hole the squirrels had made. They charge a setup fee plus $75 for each squirrel they catch. This got very expensive and we had no way to verify the number of caught squirrels. Final price was a shock but their work was effective. problems. Anyone using them however should be aware of potential high costs. They charge a basic setup fee and then cha

"I informed you up front that the set up fee was $110 plus $65 per animal caught. I had no idea of how many squirrels were residing in your home or how long they had been there. You could go outside and look at the traps to verify the number of squirrels that were in the traps daily. Nothing was hidden.
