We recently had a chimney fire in our home, I contacted SafeFlue in Dallas, TX to provide a quote to replace all 4 fire proof panels in our fireplace box. They sent Nate out to provide us a quote. His quote and SafeFlue's price was $3,000.00 less than two other companies we contacted. Rafel and Kevin were our technicians that installed our new fireproof panels a few weeks later, they did an awesome job and left no mess behind in our home. This is our new fireplace company for our chimney cleanings and maintenance.

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
This was the first time getting my dryer vent cleaned, so I did not know what to expect. The technician was friendly and helpful. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that I wish he had explained in greater detail exactly what was going to happen when he learned that it was the first cleaning. Perhaps it is partially my fault for not asking more question and for not watching what they were doing. I later found out that their cost was a little higher than another company, and I was surprised by the service fee (which I assume was for using a credit card, but there was no other option than to pay with a credit card).

Chimney Cleaning and Inspection
Technician came out for inspection and stated I needed a new cap since the existing one was damaged (crushed) on my wood burning stove. Appointment was set out a week in advance between 8 & 11 am, I actually called them at 10:45 and they said be there around 2pm. We rescheduled for the following Friday. Finally after they replaced the cap and put a seal on the door I have a smoke filled house and they're telling me they have nobody to come back and correct the problem. Terrible after the service business. Its ridiculous that I am having the same exact issue from before they diagnosed the problem, supposedly fixed it and charged me now I have to wait and deal with the smoke filled home. DO NOT USE SAFEFLUE COMPANY!!! Sept 26, 2025

Noam from SafeFlue came out to do an inspection of our chimney due to a possible leak. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything he inspected. An itemized receipt was sent along with descriptions of what would be done. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. We were sent images of the work once it was finished. We were very happy with their service and would use them again in the future.
