Quantum Restoration/Safeguard Restoration. My experience with Quantum Restoration after the job was completed has been quite frankly, a nightmare stemming from unsupervised, and unqualified workers. During the work in my basement, the crew failed to properly secure the chimney from underneath, within a few months this resulted in a catastrophic failure, and my chimney collapsed through the house into the basement. This alone has caused significant damage, stress, and safety concerns. Since then, communication, scheduling, and overall accountability have been incredibly frustrating. Getting clear answers or consistent follow-through has been nearly impossible. I was recently informed that they had to fire the entire crew and restart the work in three weeks, which only adds to the uncertainty. In addition, the company still has approximately $1,000 worth of my carpets that I?ve asked for at least a dozen times, and has left a large pile of debris and rubbish in my backyard.

Quantum Restoration did a fantastic job remediating our basement room. They went above and beyond their scope of work to ensure that all mold was cleaned, all animal egresses were sealed, and all surfaces were water proofed to keep things mold free for the long haul. They found a cracked foundation that was the culprit and sealed that up and took extra measures to ensure it wont happen again. Air quality went from 26 to 98. Thorough walk through and explanation was fantastic. Suggestions and best practices were covered thoroughly. They also bought some cleaners for the washer machine without even being asked to make sure that was not causing issues. Nate (project manager) treated our home like his own home, and we are truly grateful for his attention to detail and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right and eliminate the problem at the source. He has ensured we will all have a safe living space and we are truly grateful. A+, 👍👍, 5 stars, would highly recommend to anyone with remediation needs. Words can’t express how happy we are that we hired Nate and the Quantum Restoration Team. We had recently moved and discovered once the prior owners cleaned out the basement, there was mold growing on all of the ceiling panels. We had Nate (and a few others) come inspect as we searched for a remediation company. Nate spent about two hours with us explaining mold growth and inspecting the rest of our new home for any issues. We knew we had to hire him for his knowledge base alone and the fact that he was just so kind. He went above and beyond on our project, and we plan to use him again to do a bathroom Reno! You can see how bad the mold growth was and how great everything looks now. It’s also great to know there were several preventive steps Nate took to make sure we don’t have the problem again. We are officially mold free with great air quality and a clean basement that looks awesome. Nate, thank you!!! Can’t wait to work together again soon.

Nate and his very nice crew did a wonderful job taking care of mold in the attic plus basement… nice costumer service across the his company…. Will definitely use them again in the future… great affordable price…

The team did an amazing job. Our water damage issue was fairly urgent and they got started very quickly. They gave us a reasonable price estimate, and then despite the work being significantly more involved than anticipated, stayed under the estimate. They really go above and beyond.
