The work was completed quickly but we had multiple problems. They blamed everything on AT&T which of course was not really the problem. They made changes but then stopped returning calls and texts because the changes fixed nothing in fact it was worse. We had another company come in and found out they had used wire and plugs that were not the proper type. Once they replaced them all the problems were solved. To this day the owner has never called us back. He required upfront payments and pressured us to pay even though we were having problems. Once he had his money he just stopped communicating. I left the owner Jason a voice mail explaining what the other company found and fixed but of course he did not call or offer a refund for the costs of the other company.

The gentleman was very courteous and explained everything to me. They were polite and well mannered. They were able to do it below my budget. I was pleased with how they handled themselves. They go above and beyond and I really appreciated it. They had a tall ladder and I asked them to clean the chandelier for me and they did it with no problem. It was outside of their scope of work, but they still did it. Jason made the whole process headache free.
