For me, pricing and costs are everything. Called in on an online promo that I saw on a home security comparison website and locked in an offer that is only going to cost me about one-hundred bucks out of the gate to get a standard home security package plus the adt monitoring. I think that is an amazing deal and really fits my budget. More companies should keep their price in mind like Safe Streets does!

You can do everything needed and required for this burglar deterrent system from your smartphone. Yes there is a control board that can be set up and installed, but it is not needed to run the functions. Set and disarm the system right from your smartphone. Can also check the cameras. We really like it.

Needed home security alarm package. Asked friends and family who they recommend; feedback was all over the place good and bad. Did some research on our own and found out that the ADT network is nationwide with several different retail partners and dealer partners. We liked this; strength in numbers. Whether you are buying from ADT direct or any of it is authorized partners, you are in outstanding hands.

Just got our new hone automation and protection system up and going. It?s been fine. Process easy and people friendly. We would use the Safe streets team again for future security projects.

Safe Streets charged me for work they didn?t perform. When I asked for my money back they refused. The first line customer support rep said their manager told them not to give me a refund. The manager was not even willing to speak with me. This company cheats its customers and its management hides behind its customer support staff.

They were friendly and efficient.

In the past we’ve avoided getting into agreements or contracts with our home security providers but felt comfortable and confident doing so with Safe Streets. Their monitoring and surveillance centers are nationwide and open 24 hours. They made the process really easy and informed us of all the benefits by being under monitoring agreement. Told both of our neighbors about our experience and they plan to sign up too.

Biggest thing we love about this alarm package is that there are flexible options and complex options available. We are simple people so we don’t need anything fancy but its nice knowing we can upgrade if our needs ever change. They’ve been terrific to work with and get this job done for us.

I regret ever choosing SafeStreets. The whole process was frustrating from the start. The technician who came to install the system was late, didn’t answer my questions properly, and left my house a mess. When I reached out to customer service, I was put on hold for over an hour, only to get a half-baked answer. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Stay far away from SafeStreets. They promised me a top-of-the-line system, but it’s been nothing but headaches. The equipment they installed is cheap, and it constantly malfunctions. The worst part? Their support team is a nightmare to deal with. They’ve repeatedly ignored my requests for help, and I’m stuck paying for a service that barely works.

Absolute sham and rip off. My husband and I purchased a new home and wanted an alarm system. We had worked with ADT in the past and thought going with them would be a good choice. Called to get an install. BIG MISTAKE. They sent out Safe Streets to do the install. At no time ever was it disclosed to us that they are a subcontractor. We got 2 cameras installed along with a doorbell camera and a panel. A month later, we changed internet routers (router, not provider) and the cameras would not connect. Reset the cameras, did troubleshooting on their app etc. NOTHING would connect the cameras, unless a tech came out. Called ADT they sent me to Safe Streets. This was the first disclosure that we were working with a third party. The tech came out and first words were did they tell you me walking up to your door is a fee and what you are asking me to do is $1000, which they HAD NOT, just connect the cameras to the new router. This is more than the entire system and install cost by more than triple. I told him to leave. He then said you need to call ADT and break your contract as this is how they do it. Then call us back and we will install without ADT for another fee. Must be a competition for worst service between the companies. There was no support from ADT or Safe Streets. In working with another company they pointed out to us that this camera would NEVER connect without a tech it has to be disassembled from the back to access a particular reset button -- They are currently threatening to ruin our credit because we are refusing to pay the duration of the 3 year contract for a system that worked for 1 month. The contract is a service contract that was not providing a service. Mind you the set up was to come with 3 window sensors that we did not even take as we were getting new windows installed--
