The initial consultation was in late November. I received bids from 6 contractors, Safetrust's was on the upper end but not the highest, some were improbably low. Don and Vincent came out, listened to our plan for the job, took measurements, discussed aspects of the job and gave us a bid that day. They probably spent an hour doing this and were knowledgeable and professional throughout. They also did not aggressively press to enlarge the scope of the job. We made the decision to hire them a week later and came out the next business day to finalize the contract. The job was delayed some due to the fact that the finishes we wanted were not stock and needed to be special ordered. Along with the holiday season and some nasty weather the job began in late February and was completed in 2 days by a crew of nine installers. The project manager, Pete, kept us informed of everything from the time we signed the contract through completion and his final inspection. He was responsive to any calls and concerns. The crew worked efficiently, diligently and professionally. The final product looks great, my wife is very pleased with the outcome and friends and neighbors all complimented the job.

Do not hire this company or if you do, don’t ask for Peters help. He was very condescending and unprofessional. Didn’t show up on time or even did a walk through at the end. As for the whole process of getting the windows done, it took forever to schedule a time. It was hard to get in contact with people. Then when the workers came, they made the place a mess. Had to clean up a unfriendly present left in the bathroom. Along with the windows, we found numerous holes that were covered up sloppily with caulk. Four of the windows didn’t work so Peter had to come back since he didn’t show up like he said he would for the walk through. It wasn’t a good experience. I would not hire them again for renovations.

Although the metal roof was more expensive, it has a transferable lifetime warranty and it looks beautiful. The crew who did the job definitely knew what they were doing. We were disappointed that the job started 1 month later than it was contracted to begin. During the job, any issues or questions that came up were addressed. Overall we are very pleased with our new roof.

It started out slowly...getting an estimate took way too long. Then after signing the contract I received a call two weeks later to tell me that they were not going to do the job, because the estimate was incorrect. Two days later I received another phone call to tell me that they were going to the job as the incorrect estimate was not my fault. After that things began to roll smoothly. The men who came to do the actual job were wonderful: polite, efficient, professional, respectful of my property, very clean and left my property looking cleaner than it had before they started! Although the road was bumpy in the beginning, I will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them. The administrative snafu was probably an anomaly, the end result of the new roof is excellent!

The entire roof was replaced four years ago and it leaked from the getgo. The initial installers tried several times to repair it, but to no avail. Safe Trust Roofing appears to have solved the problem by removing some shingles, installing a waterproof membrane and then reinstalling shingles over the membrane.

Safe Trust Roofing is top-notch from start to finish. We had 3 layers of roof removed and replaced by Safe Trust, a GAF Master Elite Certified Contractor. Mike Stone and Pete McPhee are very professional, highly knowledgeable, and responsive to questions. The roofers did a terrific job; they are highly skilled and professional, were careful while working and when cleaning up the work area at the end of each day. The company and workers who replaced the gutters were also top-notch and did a great job. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters, and we get compliments on what a good job they did. And the job came in $2,000 under the estimate!.Our new roof is properly ventilated now, so we are saving on energy costs, too! We highly recommend this company; it is rare to find such a contractor that provides such a high level of service. We will definitely hire them again for a future project.

Prior to selling my home, I needed to have some small repairs made to the roof. We were on a tight timeline, and Safe Trust appreciated the need to act quickly. Within hours, a very knowledgeable representative, Michael Stone, was at my home. He gave me a fair price to make the repairs, and the work was done well and within just days. After moving into a new home, I encountered some water dripping, at times of heavy rain, from one area of the ceiling below the roof line. Once again, I contacted Safe Trust, and Michael arrived promptly the next day. After thoroughly examining the area, he indicated that our roof and gutters were in good repair and that the water issue was of a different nature. I was pleased with his professionalism and honesty. Though I have comfort that I won't immediately need any roof work, I highly recommend Safe Trust and would contact them first should any repairs become necessary.

After getting five estimates I decided to choose Safe Trust Roofing. The project manager, Mike Stone, that visited my husband and I was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and offered the best products and warranties at a great price. He took his time and explained everything. The new GAF Timberline Roof with new gutters and leaders came out amazing. We also recieved a lifetime warranty to protect our investment. The windows are very nice, with very little leakage of cold air. Just today (15F outside), a visiting nurse remarked how nice it was to stand near the window and not fell the cold air.

Everything went very smoothly. Mike Stone, the sales rep, was very professional and kept us up to date with the manufacturing status of the windows as well as the installation. They were very professional, we had 2 other companies give us estimates and felt very comfortable selecting Safe Trust Roofing. Our estimator Mike Stone was very knowledgeable and thorough, he inspected our attic and uncovered an area that had been leaking for awhile and the insulation was ruined which the other two companies did not take the time to even look for. The work crew was on time and worked hard, they cleaned up every day and we are very happy with the final outcome. We will recommend Safe Trust to our family and friends

The work team were professional and hard-working. Not even a mid-afternoon thunderstorm stopped them from completing my job by day’s end. Afterwards, they cleaned the area nicely. They followed through handling a pesky issue I had with water leakage around my skylights during rainstorms. After two nasty rainstorms, no leaks!! ...something I haven't been able to say in quite a while. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The crews were very punctual in their arrival and immediately began their task of covering all shrubs and areas that could <br /> be damaged with heavy tarps. Concurrent with their arrival all necessary supplies (shingles,flashing etc) arrived and a <br /> 20 yard dumpster was delivered. The crew immediately began removing the old shingles and cleaning the roof area.Once <br /> all debris was removed the task of transporting all of the supplies to the roof commenced by stand alone mechanized <br /> elevators. It was an impressive sight. Everyone knew his job and it all went like clockwork from installing the ice shield <br /> to the under-layment, starter strips, aluminum drip edges and the shingles as well as all of the pipe flanges and new ridge <br /> venting. Unbelievable but true, the entire crew took their 10 minute coffee break while remaining on the roof and then returned <br /> to their respective duties. Lunch time was also a short recess but the crew did return to the ground level to eat. <br /> Once all of the shingles were installed, the ridge vent opening was made and the ridge vent was installed and cleanup of <br /> the entire roof area began with power blowers. It was also noted that any loose gutters and downspouts were securely <br /> re-fastened. <br /> The yard cleanup began in conjunction with the remaining roof work and eventually the entire crew concentrated on the <br /> detail pick-up of all rubbish and was carted to the dumpster for removal. <br /> During all interaction with the crews, they were friendly, cooperative and respectful and it was such a pleasure to see such <br /> hard working men relaxing and enjoying themselves after such a hard days work. Their fine work should be rewarded. <br /> What we had been dreading actually turned into a delightful experience and we would not hesitate to contract for the <br /> services of Paragon Installers in the future.
