SAFETY LAWN

It was very good. The best lawn service in the neighborhood.

We have had occasions in the past where the neighbors don't do a d..n thing, and come back in July when its hot and I get intimidated. I call them back up, and they come take care of it. The price is reasonable. We get a discount, because we pre-pay. They could always be cheaper. Other than that, they are fine. I have been using them for about ten years now.

This has turned out to be a horrible experience. <br />

They do a great job and they always show up. They are very neat, and they always close the gate. I am very pleased with them.

<br /> I called this company asking if  a certain ground cover could be stopped, company person said yes, had 4 application did not stopped problem, called company back, second person said no way to stopped the problem so I canceled  the service,  Six weeks later company sent man out to spray my lawn again without my approval. Called company again told them that I had canceled the service six weeks earlier, at that time I talked to two different people and both were told the situation and I had canceled the service. The company never put in the request for cancelation in the computer so I ended up with another application and bill again. So after this last unwanted service I went into office and told them in person that I cancel six weeks earlier by phone ,they refused to acknowledge that I had previous conversation with their office staff.               THIS COMPANY IS NEGLIGENT AND DECEITFUL IN THEIR  PRACTICE AND SERVICES.

After I was unable to find an animal removal company to get rid of some moles, Safety Lawn came through and placed some "gummy worms" in the active tunnels. These worms deter moles from coming after they have caught the worms. They have a bad taste, so the moles do not return. We have not had any problems with moles since Safety Lawn came.
