Best service, very courteous yet professional. The price was in line with what others had shared, but Eli came in, on time and work very quickly. When I noticed one of the locks replaced was not working correctly. I called Eli and he came back and fixed the issue. I will gladly use this company again in the future if I need to. So happy to have worked with Eli on this project. thank you very much!

The work was good. The main problem was that he charged me twice the price of what he quoted me over the phone. I thought I was just going to pay a flat rate plus tax. But after all the charges including a service call fee that he never mentioned on the phone the rate was double the rate quoted on the phone. I certainly would have took more bids from others if I knew what ultimately I was going to be charged. Also he showed up an hour late without a phone call. I would warn anybody who might think of hiring him to get the full charge over the phone before hiring him as he probably will want to overcharge for his services.

"Really sorry to hear that's how you feel. When you first contacted me you said you need to replace a lock I got the job was to provide you the lock correctly but also to do a new installation on the door for the lock a job that took me two hours and includes working on the frame of the door is a completely different job than you mentioned. Secondly you pay only $ 250 because you did not want to pay me at the end of the job the necessary salary !! but you left me no choice and I took only part of the amount !! You can check with other locksmiths I for sure take the prices among the lowest in the market you can always check with Angie’s list And again you pay me only 250$!!! Not 305$ like you mentioned and it’s not right thanks a lot sir ."
