They were good, I liked them.  It was a little expensive, but it was worth it. They came out really quick.

Josh has been our pest guy for years.  He is very professional and prompt. He always gives us the 411 on how his trip went at the house as far as activity goes and different ways to improve if something is not working well for us.  We live in the woods and we are going to have bugs and other unwanted creatures.  I wouldn't use any other company and would highly recommend Safeway Pest Control. <br>

Everything went great. Technician was prompt, took his time treating my home and inspecting. My spiders are gone and I haven't found any ticks since. I would recommend Safeway to anyone who is having an insect problem.

<strong>I initially called to get a quote on treating bugs i have been seeing and also to identify what they were.  I was able to send photos via email of the bugs and they identified them, which was great.  When they came to spray I told him the areas that we see them, which was the kitchen and both bathrooms.  The guy was very friendly and nice and did the job and left.  A few days later I saw more bugs and they came out the following Monday and sprayed some more.  <br /> The only thing that was confusing was that when the guy left he never gave me paperwork (an invoice) so I didn't have a record of what was done (I later found out they should have taken my email).  Other than that, it was fine. </strong> <br />

They are always here on the day they have told us.  The technicians are thorough and friendly.  Being a timeshare, in Wisconsin, in the summer, we have lots of bugs and pests that want to stay with us, but the guys at Safeway make sure they never are around for very long! <br />

The service man arrived on time and was courteous.  We talked about the problem and my suspicions that I had an infestation of some kind.  I had several bites on my legs and arms.  He checked all the bedrooms and the family room completely by checking mattresses and all bedding and the baseboards.  He also checked the sofa and removed the fitted slipcover.  He left several traps and instructed me how to check them.  I will call them again if I have the need. <br />

I will never call pest control like this again (this company or any other).  First, I asked a couple of times why we were only using poison - I was not at all happy about that, 3-5 days was too long to wait.  Second, the entry point was not what they thought (or what I originally thought); we figured this out by googling/talking with others - they were climbing the corners of the house (the corner piece of the vinyl siding), not necessarily the small hole we found.  The pest control ("experts") never even mentioned this as a possibility.  So, we set our own traps in attic and outside by corners of house.  Each day we were catching 1-2, rather than waiting for them to die in our house (gross) - which is how many other companies described they would do it too.  Then we plugged the holes (underside of corners) all around our home ourselves with silicone based caulk (this was recommended by Safeway), and copper wool (figured out by googling).  So, basically we paid $170 for a few bricks of poison to be placed in our home.  We took care of the actual pest removal and figured most everything out ourselves.  In the future if we are "stumped" I will go with a company who does an inspection only and then offers suggestions; leaving the real work up to us (which will happen anyway), but costs less than half ($75); I did talk to one company who runs their business this way.  Also, one more thing about Safeway - they should really bring shoe covers to wear when walking in my home.  Did not appreciate them walking on carpet (had to for access to attic) without asking, we had to ask them not to - otherwise very nice guys. <br />

Excellent results, with 6 month guarantee.  When ants returned 4 months later, I called to request another treatment.  They never replied.

They are very good. Everything they use is natural. I am allergic to many things and it does not bother me at all! Takes care of the problem. Always on time or early. They are the best!

The technician came out and informed me they were not carpenter ants, but did a treatment in and around the home. I did not see ants in or around the home thereafter, and would definitely contact them again if I have any issues. <br />

They came and gave us an evaluation and did very well.  I was very pleased, we have 4-5 months to go and every month they come to follow up. The inspection was $75 which we thought was worth while.  They offered to inspect the next door neighbor for $15 in our condominium but they weren't home.  The treatment was $700.  Every month they follow up for $75 and look for more bugs and treat for free.   They've done really well for us.  We did a lot of research and we felt this was the best thing for this type of unit.  It is a multi-level condo unit so you have to do it different than a hotel room that's infested.

They did a good job! They are also very professional and friendly.

I will use them again and would recommend them to others.

.For what I get and the service they give, it is not expensive. I have never compared pricing with anyone else but I don't feel like it is too expensive. There is an employee who is the best, his name is Jerry, and I always request that he comes to do the job.

They have been very good and have responded immediately and have taken care of the problems we have had over the years.  When we called them they were here the same day and were here within the time frame they gave us.

I had previously tried bee and wasp sprays with little luck.  He dressed well from head to toe to protect himself and filled the nest with special powder. We watched the hornets flutter to the ground with the powder on them.   He then explained how to rid the nest at a later date. Job well done!  

They didn’t get them all the first time, but they came back and did a more of a thorough inspection and were able to get all the wasps the second time, which was no additional charge. It’s been a good experience working with this company.
