"Since there was a misunderstanding in that this customer did not realize that the deal she bought includes one more additional fertilizer application and a soil test I am hoping this review will be revised. As we explained to the customer during our conversation after this review, the technician had knocked on the door upon arrival and did not get an answer for 5 minutes. We then went ahead and put the fertilizer down on the lawn. This lawn was very small and, therefore, only took a few minutes to apply the fertilizer. As mentioned by the customer, considerable time was taken to address some questions she raised."
"I am sorry this customer was not completely satisfied.Our biggest issue was that we were not told by the customer and her husband that there were any problems until 3 weeks after the job was completed. In fact, ten days after the job, when we spoke to the customer on the phone about ordering materials for more work that her and her husband wanted, nothing was mentioned. It was not until we received an email from the customer 3 weeks after the job, stating that she just opened her bill(that was sent 3 weeks prior through email), that she was so unhappy and wanted a reduction in the bill. This was because she stated we did not close the gates, did not take her bags of debris(we were never asked to take and are only able to take organic material), left a stick, knocked a rock over and did not put it back correctly. As we told the customer through email and on the phone, we were sorry that things were left that way and that we would have been happy to come back out and correct. We asked the customer if they would like us to come back and fix the rock that had fallen and were told no. I am confused by the D grade for price, as we had a contract and the price was agreed upon and should not have been a surprise."
