SAGE'S WAY LANDSCAPE & DESIGN

I was out of town for several months and hired Chase in May for two easy jobs; turn on my automatic sprinkling system, check that all was working correctly, and to remove several branches that had broken off a crab apple tree, one of which was still hanging from the tree. Chase completed the job, told me that there was no limb in the tree and removed others that were on the ground. Cost was $205. Upon returning in July, I found the majority of grass in my yard was dead and brown, upon inspecting, several heads were pointing in the wrong direction and one of three timers was not functioning. And, the one large limb was still hanging from the tree, I pulled it down myself. So, for $205 I have a mostly dead lawn and tree limb I had to deal with. I contacted him telling of the problems and asked him to dispose of the limb that I had placed in the front yard. Never heard back from him. I repaired the sprinkling system and cut up and disposed the limb myself. So unprofessional and disappointing.

The project went well. Chase is the owner and he supervised the project. Generally there were 2 to 5 employees working on the project at one time. The workers were industrious, courteous, and competent. The project took about ten working days. <br /> This landscape company is very professional. They do excellent work. They took a pathetic yard and made it into beautiful thing. People complement me about my landscaping. Since the sod is now quite restricted and most of the plants are low water use, the upkeep is lessened and I feel that I have done a good thing for the environment. <br /> I highly recommend this company. They do top of the line work and are very dependable. <br /> <br />

Chase did a great job of listening to our needs in the project and coming up with a plan that worked for myself, my husband, and my two large dogs who enjoy the yard with us. It was very important to us that the finished product work for the entire family. He drew up a nice simple plan for us to make sure we were on the same page, but asked for some flexibility as new information arose. I told him about the kinds of xeric plantstock I most enjoy, and he chose beautiful, healthy plants that are thriving. Along the way he kept us posted on his schedule, the timing of when to expect everything done and any problems that arose. I felt informed, there were no surprises other than how beautiful my yard looked when he was done. I was at work most of the time that he and his crew were working on the xeriscaping, but the crew member I did meet was friendly and professional. There was one minor problem with the irrigation 2 days after they finished, which I discovered on a Sunday. I called to let Chase know that it would need to be looked at the next morning, and he offered to come over right then. Besides doing a great job, I most appreciated Chase's ability to take into account our needs and design something for us that is both beautiful and functional. His expertise helped us determine what could and couldn't be done, and how to best go about doing it. Overall, a great job and I plan to hire him in the spring to do the back yard!
