We’ve been using Sahara for years. They really know their stuff and schedule us in ASAP when we need immediate service. They are timely and thorough. Highly recommend over those big chains, they have great prices and we would prefer a locally owned company any day!

Sahara carpet I have used them for over 25 years nothing but good things to say about them. Always on time great prices very very good job. We have two large dogs so we do use Sahara on a regular basis also I had two town houses that they went to do the same excellent work. They did an amazing job. I always used another Steam cleaning service and my carpets were drenched and it just was so inconvenient. I read some great reviews and gave them a try. Outstanding my carpets are beautifully clean and they dried so quickly. He treated my home with great care-A+

The gentleman came in to clean the floors. He removed a liquid air freshener to use the outlet, which made all of the liquid pour on a table, ruining it. He refuses to return my calls in regards to the paying for the damage of the table. In regards to his work, I was very pleased with the quality of the work that he did. I just want him to make this right.

"When the issue occurred I took the necessary steps to resolve it. The member wanted me to reimburse her $300, her "estimate" for fixing the table. When I contacted my insurance company they said in no uncertain terms was I to pay her directly just because she felt $300 “should cover it”. In order for them to pay, she must go thru the proper channels. I gave her the information but she did not want to go through the “hassle” of dealing with our insurance company as she was moving out of the area. This matter would have been resolved initially had she simply followed the instructions given to us by my insurance company. I stopped responding to her harassing phone calls and messages because she refused to do what was required to fix her table."

They are the best cleaners out there and I refer them to everybody I know. The cost includes the enzyme treatment too for my animals. It is kind of expensive but I have to have it so I use them. I love them. My daughter comes with four dogs and two cats and I have five cats; every time after she leaves, I have to call them. The dogs pretty much destroy her room with their hair.
