I really can not say enough good things about Sahara Tree Service. I had two areca palm clusters that were becoming a nuisance/danger to my roof due to how close they both were to the house. I got a few quotes and Sahara was pretty in line with everyone else. The testimonials and Google reviews swayed me, as well as Alex's friendly and professional manner. Alex let me know when they were on their way, and he and Carlos (I didn't get his name while he was here, but asked when I called the office about payment) made quick work of the trunks. Not only that, they cleaned off the roof where the one areca had been making a mess. That work, alone, was beyond considerate. They hauled away everything and Carlos returned to grind down the stumps. The absolute care he took while doing all of that work is well beyond anything I expected! Despite it being a brutal afternoon in July, he took meticulous care of the flower beds the stumps were in before, during, and after. The edging around my smaller bed was pulled away for the grinding, and then he put it back like new. He took the time to ask if I might like the stump remnants spread along the beds, which I wouldn't have even thought to ask, and spent the time doing so. He was truly amazing. From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences I've had with a company. The time and care they took for the job went above my expectations. I will not hesitate to contact them again for anything tree-related in my yard!
