Showed up on time for appointment. Took about an hour of our time to go over what we may be looking for and take measurements. Then, after promising to receive design within a week, nothing was ever sent. Phone calls and voicemails go ignored. Apparently, they are busy and don't need the work, which is a very sizable project. Thanks for wasting our time.

Representative who visited my house was somewhat unprofessional in appearance and manners, but we can get past that. Big issue is that he failed to listen to what I asked for, failed to report to his superior that he promised the renderings would be delivered by a certain date. Then, when the renderings were finally received (5 days after promised date), I emailed the owner several times noting that the design failed to reflect what I had asked for, and asked how we could proceed with getting it corrected so we could possibly move forward with a quote for the actual work. No responses to multiple requests via email, obviously would never recommend them for any work. I am expecting a full refund from Angie's List for this work

<p>I was shopping around for prices and info on a whole home generator systems and it seemed that everyone who came out had a totally different idea and the cost were all over the place. I really wanted to hire someone who specifically did generators or at least a full time electrician. I had a conversation with Brian when he was here doing the kitchen about a generator since we were going to finish the basement, we have a huge water issue here and lose power quite often so I wanted to be sure we would always have the sump pump running. So a long story short I had Brian come out with his electrician and quote me on the job. his suggestions on what to do were spot on. Price was right in the middle of all the other quotes, but job came out great and they were very professional as always, really nice guys to work with.</p>

They came within 48 hours. There was no additional charge. I have to get the drawings yet. They didn’t provide that. They are coming out to provide the drawings. I was happy with them. I was very pleased. They were fine. There were two gentlemen. They did the measurements and told me what could be done and what couldn’t be done.

<p>This was no easy job to start with, we had a galley kitchen and wanted to remove some load bearing walls to expand our kitchen and dining room. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained our options to us in regards to making this job possible. He was very helpful in the selection of cabinets that had the options, and colors we wanted. The Framing portion of the job took slightly longer than expected due to some existing structural issues but the entire project only ran a few days longer that expected which Brian did explain when the problem was initially found. I will say that they we excellent in communicating and keeping us informed of daily progress, which I thought was nice since I had never did a project of this size to my home before, its nice to know that they care enough make us feel at ease while this job was happening. There is so many components to a job like this, many of which never even crossed my mind when I considered this project. Brian spent the most time with us at our first meeting understanding our final goal and going over measurements and final outcome. He gave us the estimate two days later which was about middle of the road in comparison to other quotes we received, But I felt he had a clear understanding of everything we wanted and that proved completely true when you look at this beautiful new kitchen I have, the space that was created and the layout is perfect there is so much more space and the openness is unbelievable. Everything came out amazing from the flooring, The cabinets, The Granite, and all the little details, I am completely impressed and everyone that has seen my new kitchen can't believe that it was even possible to do what they did.
