Eric was awesome and did great work. he was knowledgeable, kept me updated on his time. the only issue was the price, it was a little more than I wanted to pay. I went with him because he really seemed knowledgeable. He asked great questions, explained things, and did it with integrity. He even researched whether he needed updated BTU for all other gas appliances.

He came on time and found the problem causing the leak. After getting a new cartridge, he had it fixed in 30 minutes. Very friendly. The cost was less than I thought it would be.

I have had 2 different plumbers from Salt City Plumbing at my house and they have both been excellent! Kind helpful and going the extra mile, telling me how I could easily fix some plumbing issues easily myself. And doing an quick and excellent job with the things they worked on. They respected my home by keeping the work area clean, leaving no mess. They both saw that there were more things that I needed done than I had thought and they took care of some of it without charging me anything extra at all.

I bought a flipped house (I know!) and they had installed my shower handles wrong. They wouldn't get hotter than tepid while the rest of the house has scalding hot water. They came highly recommended from a friend. The service was prompt, timely, clean, and efficient. The service tech was very mindful of COVID safety, and very polite. He fixed my problem and now I can bathe in the fires of ****. Thanks Salt City Plumbing!!! :D

Great. Mitch arrived on time, took some pics of the work needed, evaluated what needed doing and provided an estimate within 24 hrs. An appt, was made and Eric arrived on schedule and did a great job. He also provided pics of the completed work. We were impressed with the entire operation.

I called Salt City Plumbing yesterday and spoke to Paul. He was very courteous and polite. I was able to send him some pictures of the pipe that was leaking. So he would have better idea of what he might be in for. He was able to work around my schedule in order to get this done today. Which I greatly appreciated. I also like the fact that they have reasonable rates. And based on this experience, if I have any other plumbing needs I will be giving Paul and/or Josh a call to take care of them. Thank you so much fellas for some peace of mind.

I trust Paul and Salt City Plumbing implicitly. They helped us with some tricky renovations in my 110 year old avenues house and gave us a lot of good information on how to best utilize the home warranty that we got with the house on some common problems we may experience down the road. They've saved us a lot of time and money and are the right kind of honest you want from a contractor. If something's not in your best interest, they'll tell you and they'll refer you to someone while keeping them honest if a project is outside their regular operations, like with my boiler. They have also been so wonderful in an emergency flooding at a coworkers house and are really just saviors all around. Thanks, guys!

This was a fantastic home repair experience. Paul and Josh showed up when they communicated that they would and took charge of a situation that was way over my head. They knew exactly how to quickly and efficiently diagnose and fix the leak in my bathroom. They spoke to me with respect and helped me understand the issue and how to upgrade my existing fixtures to prevent these issues in the future.
