had some debris in my basement i desperately wanted to get ride of. posted request via angis list. they responded in abt ten mins. sent a pic gave me an estimate and appeared in abt thirty mins after that. when they arrived their was a heavy metal door they did not see in the phone. they main guy paused and said no problem we will honor the price quoted even though. they took all debris from basment and loaded onto truck all in say 45 mins. also i want to add they very very kool calm and appreciative. i will recommend to anyone and use them again. pls excuse all typos

Winston continuously communicated throughout the engagement. He and his team came in a timely manner, morning after I contacted him. He and his team took away a refrigerator and a day bed from my mother’s home in East Meadow, NY. He was very fairly priced and a pleasant and professional person. Highly recommend his services.

I had a mixed experience with this junk hauling service. On the positive side, the team was professional, arrived on time, and handled the items they removed efficiently and with care. The actual hauling work was done well. However, I left the experience feeling somewhat unsatisfied overall. There were aspects of the service that didn?t fully meet my expectations, particularly around communication and clarity on the scope of what would be handled. While the job they completed was done properly, I wish there had been more transparency and follow-through. Overall, they are capable of doing good work, but there?s definitely room for improvement in the customer experience.
