He was less expensive than the other people, and he was very good. He did everything and more. So I was really pleased.

Joey from SameDay came out within 1 hour and did what he could to get it working again, but it will not last long. I asked if he could give me an estimate on a new furnace and he had Larry here within 15 minutes to give me a variety of options. They were very thorough - checked the airflow and looked at the ducts. Of the 2 furnaces that it came down to, he recommended the cheaper one - said it would work great for my space. I don't hear that very often!! They will be installing tomorrow and I will do another review.

The technician (Lance) was courteous, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to gather all of the background info regarding our AC situation and gave us helpful tips regarding vent usage, attic fans, and installing another vent in the master bedroom to help with airflow. Basically, he didn’t just band-aid the symptom, he helped with some permanent solutions. Here’s the breakdown in cost in case this helps: Adding 3 lbs refrigerant - $349. Contractor Replacement - $282. Dual Run Capacitor Replacement - $174. Annual maintenance for AC & Heating (2 units each) $238.

Client was disappointed in customer care and felt mislead on pricing and tax rebate. would consider using provider again if things were upfront and in writing.

A thorough inspection yielded no discrepancies. The technician (Austin G.) was very profession, described in detail what he was doing and the results of his inspection. He also gave us recommendations on how we can use the system more effectively. We have used SameDay for many years and always had good service. Austin was great!

They wanted nearly $1,100 to replace. I found a local dealer that sold part to service companies, like Same Day, for ~$75. I found online that I could order it retail for $150. That's a 10x or 1000% markup. I called and asked to talk to management about it. They were supposed to call me back, but never did. I am capable of simply plugging in plugs on a board, needless to say I replaced it myself for $150. I think 1000% markup is a very big gouging. I felt violated.

I have used Same Day to tune up the furnace and AC at both my house and my rental for a couple of years. The service was ok, but the price is higher than others. I just renewed the following year because it was easy and they had a plan that would discount services if you buy the year package.  <br>I set up an appointment within 4-5 days to do the tune up since my AC was acting funny and if I bought the package, if there was anything wrong, it would be cheaper.  <br>The appointment was set to after 2pm on 6/23. I called earlier that day to confirm that they have me on the schedule. They confirmed and said I would receive a call 30 min before they arrived. Later on that day they called and said that they wouldn't be able to make it out that day because all of the techs were busy. I asked when we could reschedule it, she indicated that they could at the end of July! Over a month out. They couldn't fit me in even though I had an appointment, I have been a loyal customer and my AC unit was headed downhill. Thanks? <br>I told them I would search elsewhere for someone that could help me. They offered me $20 to reschedule in over a month. Maybe they should have seen how they could squeeze me in somewhere or try to look out for their customers.  <br>I don't need to be smacked twice. I chose to take my business someplace else. <br> <br> <br> <br>

They installed my water heater and it was expensive. I have used them over the years and this is the first negative experience. I was happy with them.

The plumber arrived on time, was very professional. Explained the option to me and gave me a very fair estimate. he completed the repair very quickly. He was very clean, there was no mess to clean up when he was done, and answered all my questions, even a couple that didn't relate to the repair he was doing. The bill turned out to be exactly was was estimated. <br /> I will certainly use SameDay again if the need arises and would recommend them highly! <br />

Because it was water that was leaking, they sent a plumber out. he found the problem as a leak on the pipe that carries the condensation of the AC coil down to the pump. he replace the fitting in about 5 minutes and checked for leaks. he was very professional and personable. <br />

We had to call for an after-hours call, the time we had called before we were told a part would be ordered and we would be contacted when it arrived. Our furnace had been having problems and this was our third call to the company. With this visit the repair tech seemed extremely put out to have to come out after-hours. He was rude and didn't want to be bothered answering questions. He applied some Duct tape to direct the flow of the leaking part away from the ignitor and said he would follow up on the part that had previously been ordered. We never heard back. When I called SameDay to see when the part could be expected they had no record that it had ever been ordered. I ended up ordering the part on my own and having someone else install the part, and in the mean time had to come up with a better patch job so that the furnace would work while we waited. <br />

I am a long time customer of Same Day Heating and Air after they came to the rescue when my furnace went out three days before Thanksgiving in 2007. Once again, Same Day to the rescue! We just had our regular furnace inspection and Cleigh, the technician, made us aware that our water heaters were in very bad shape and long past their normal life expectancy <br /> operating very ineffeciently, almost dangerously. We had no clue. No one from Same Day have ever pressured us <br /> on any up-sell and provide only great advice. We scheduled an inspection for the next day with their plumbing specialist. <br /> BTW...I had no idea Same Day also did plumbing...they should advertise because they are great. Kevin arrived <br /> on time and inspected the water heaters. He went over his findings and recommendations in detail outlining the <br /> options available at different price levels. He also provided us with a 15% discount for being a Same Day ESA customer. Kevin told us he could install the two 50 gallon water heaters and be able to do it within three hours. Kevin was very polite, knowledgeable and a REALLY hard worker. He worked non-stop for three hours to remove the nasty old water heaters <br /> and install the new energy efficient ones. He kept all the carpet and wood floors covered so as not to make a mess <br /> and he even cleaned our filthy floor in the furnace/water heater room. I haven't done that myself for at least threeyears!! It looks 200% better than when he got there and the installation was meticulous. We are so pleased with Kevin's work. He busted his hump for three hours non-stop. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. We have two wild yellow <br /> labs and he welcomed them like they were family. He definitely passed the dog test. They loved him and he even told me I could let them roam free in the house to keep him company if it was OK with me. Same Day is definitely not the least <br /> expensive option, but they are high quality and high integrity and worth every bit. Their people are all highly <br /> qualified and professional. Kevin especially gets high kudos for the recommendation and installation. Thanks Kevin!! <br />

They had done the work on it before and came back for two years free of charge. The second year was because someone who was supposed to have arrived at a certain time didn't and the owner called me and apologized for that and said they would extend the time that they worked on it free. And then the second time they came out I bought three years at one time.

It was great! Having worked in the hvac field, I can say that they did a highly thorough diagnosis. They were very professional, very punctual, and did good work. What's more is that they offered to show us how to make the repairs ourselves which saved us approximately $200.00. The price was extremely reasonable, too, considering that they came on a holiday weekend. We will definitely be using Same Day for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Furnace went out and the following day I called Same Day and they were out that afternoon to inspect furnace and to assist in purchasing a new one. Brandon, the HVAC technician, actually crawled up in our furnace (it's an old one from the 60's) to verify what the issues were. He was covered in dust; still positive and professional. We scheduled the furnace install for the next available day, which was a Monday; however, received a call later the same evening saying they could install the next morning!! They even offered space heaters to keep us warm. <br /> The install went smoothly. They took everything out, cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess. <br /> Extremely satisfied with all the technicians and the estimator from Same Day!!! <br /> <br />
