I was referred to Sam Mechanical for an issue that developed with my house running out of hot water. It turned into a more complicated situation but they responded back promptly and serviced my boiler system and my hot water was back in the same visit! They are also thorough and explain their services. I appreciate the attention to detail that they give their work.

My wife and I highly recommend Steve and SAM Mechanical. He's been our go-to plumber for a few years now and he's consistently delivered high-quality work that works the first time... all for good rates. I think what sets Steve apart is that he truly cares about his workmanship and if he's momentarily stumped he gets on the phone with the manufacturer to get it right. I've seen guys just wing it and hope for the best, which only leads to callbacks and tension. We trust SAM Mechanical and will continue to rely on their help at our home. Repairman tried to sell me an entire new system for $1800.00! Had the burner repaired by another company for $350.00.

Great job with bathroom plumbing for a new vanity

Installing team as well as owner showed up when promised. Protective covering was laid down before work was started. They confirmed with me what was being done before starting. The crew showed experience along with professional installation There were no surprises when the final bill was given to me. I would hire again, and would recommend them with your heating, ac or plumbing issues

The services were performed as promised. The price for the ac until and install were very good. They do not install the outside electrical connection, but have someone they work with. I hired my own electrician to perform the electrical work and it was much less expensive then they company they use. I've been using the ac all summer and have been quite happy! If I get another unit, I will call them.

Went well, however, the word description stated I was to get a free filter. The repairman was not aware of this but stated he had an extra one in his truck he could provide. He should have known the terms of the agreement.

Flawless installation by a very courteous and punctual team. Fair price, quick and efficient, and high quality workmanship. No complaints. Definitely recommend!

Perfectly start to finish

you listed a whole thing that they were suppose to check like filters and stuff. There were two guys and they were down in the basement looking at the thing, maximum 10 minutes. They could have never done all they were suppose to do. They never said anything about the filter nor put one in, didn't take an old one out, nothing. I couldn't believe they came back up and were done. 10 minutes and I am being generous. If you take a filter out you can see it, no filter, nothing. They were down there talking and said it was very high and dangerous. I had someone else come and look at it, he said the flame is normal, no problem don't worry about it. These guys were awful. I am paying a price to get nothing done. How am I suppose to trust when they are only down there 10 minutes. They should do what Angies List says they are going to do. That did not happen.

Went very well. The men showed up exactly on time and completed the job in 3.5 hours. They pressure tested the system and then tested both Heat and AC. Everything works perfectly.
