Very timely and professional.

Sammy was awesome! He was determined to make sure the parts we purchased worked. He came back and restructured the panel. And now our dishwasher runs like new. Keeps bf Sammy on speed dial.

Sammy Appliance Repair did an excellent job in fixing my whirlpool ultimate II electric dryer. They told me exactly what was was wrong, what they would do, and how much it would cost. They were true to their word. They showed up on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with their service and wouldn’t recommend them to my friends.

The dryer machine squeaky sound was fixed.

They came same day and fixed my washing machine. Very happy with the service!

Sammy Appliances Repair Services is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, customer-centric and very reasonably priced appliance repair and sales company! I called mid-day Friday regarding a rental property that I have in Alexandria, Virginia and Sammy was able to get out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue with the Kenmore washer/ dryer! Repaired it the same day and had the units running prior to leaving!! I highly recommend Sammy Appliances Repair Services!! Just fantastic!!

Sammy was a professional....kept me apprised of when he would arrive, polite, efficient & neat. I thought his repair cost was fair.

Sammy replaced the main computer board for our older model Dacor. We had difficulty in the past finding someone to repair it. Sammy found the parts anf fixed it like new.

Work did not take long person was very nice to chat with

Dishwasher replacement

Sammy was punctual and professional in repairing our microwave today. I highly recommend him for any repair needs you may have.

Sammy was punctual and communicative. He identified the problem with our washing machine and fixed it. When an additional problem surfaced, he returned. He also replaced the door gasket. The gasket repair was overpriced, but when you factor in two visits and the other repairs, for which there was no charge, there's not too much to complain about.

Sammy was polite, prompt and professional What more can you ask for? Highly recommended

Dishwasher water valve was stuck in on position. Water was leaking from machine. Shut off valve to dishwasher was not working properly as well. Ordered new valve and replaced.

Do not even let him in the door! Ripped off artist.. bought a refrigerator from him told us it was new. Found out it was used parts missing ice machine does not work. Too much to list.. Called Sammy. He said it was not his problem. It was whirlpools would not help. us with anything. Tried register with whirlpool would not accept registration number. None of the paperwork ended up matching.. big big big cam artist

Sammy the, person rude and wanted to rip me off. Charged me $75.00 and did nothing. My oven door was shot after self-cleaning. He asked $200.00 for opening it and also the door will be damaged, and I need new door. All lie. Another Company came and opened the oven door with no issue with no issue. Also, he wanted to sell me a new oven from her storage open box. He really come for robbing the customer.

Courteous, professional and print. Mansoor did a great job fixing a malfunctioning ring on our glass stove. He figured out the issue right away, ordered the needed part, and installed it. He also communicated regularly with us about the status of the order and scheduling the installation. Highly recommend.

Great prompt response. Sammy was very efficient in assessing the refrigerator issue and and resolution. He is very friendly and personable.
