Dishwasher replacement

Sammy was punctual and professional in repairing our microwave today. I highly recommend him for any repair needs you may have.

Sammy was punctual and communicative. He identified the problem with our washing machine and fixed it. When an additional problem surfaced, he returned. He also replaced the door gasket. The gasket repair was overpriced, but when you factor in two visits and the other repairs, for which there was no charge, there's not too much to complain about.

Dishwasher water valve was stuck in on position. Water was leaking from machine. Shut off valve to dishwasher was not working properly as well. Ordered new valve and replaced.

Do not even let him in the door! Ripped off artist.. bought a refrigerator from him told us it was new. Found out it was used parts missing ice machine does not work. Too much to list.. Called Sammy. He said it was not his problem. It was whirlpools would not help. us with anything. Tried register with whirlpool would not accept registration number. None of the paperwork ended up matching.. big big big cam artist

Sammy the, person rude and wanted to rip me off. Charged me $75.00 and did nothing. My oven door was shot after self-cleaning. He asked $200.00 for opening it and also the door will be damaged, and I need new door. All lie. Another Company came and opened the oven door with no issue with no issue. Also, he wanted to sell me a new oven from her storage open box. He really come for robbing the customer.

We hired Sammy through Puls to repair our refrigerator. Not only was he late to our appointment, but he did not complete the repair. No sooner than he left, the refrigerator was malfunctioning again. He promised to return to properly fix the issue. He never returned. After multiple attempts to get him on the phone, he finally responds and commits to coming the following weekâ -ghosts us. Never shows up, never responds, never schedules and follow up appointment to finish the job. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He will steal your money.

One month and $3,000 later and our refrigerator still does not work. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Left trash behind on our kitchen counters. Ran out the door after the 'repair' and told us it would take 24 hours for the unit to cool down. 3 days later ... and still sitting at 70 degrees. "We'll put you on our schedule for next Tuesday ..." after chasing them down via phone and text for two days. What reputable company asks you to make the check out to them personally, then runs straight to the bank to cash it? Very shady characters. Beware.

Sam was very prompt, fixed the issue with our leaky frige the same morning as our call, and responded to questions on another issue altogether. We are happy with his work and will use his services again should we need other appliance repair in the future. We felt his price was fair as well.

Very friendly.

They did not call before arriving. They were hired because they said they could complete the job the same day. Except when they arrived the tech did not have all the tools he needed so he had to come back the next day. And not first thing in the morning but at 4:00. They also walked out with two sets of our pliers that they asked to borrow. They did not clean up afterward. All around a poor job.
