<p>The two men arrived on time and came in to review the work I wanted done.  They immediately got to work.  Once downstairs, they finished about 1/2 of my living room when one of the hoses sprung a leak.  They tried to repair it onsite, but needed to go back to their shop to replace a fitting and hose.  They apologized for the inconvenience (hey, these things happen) and they told me that it was a quick fix and they would come back later (from Cabell County) to Charleston and finish the job.  The leader of the crew called me a short time later and told me he had corrected the problem and was on his way back.  When he arrived, he immediately went to work and went over some of the carpet he previously cleaned, just to ensure he got all the carpet.  I had moved most of my furniture out of the way before they arrived and this nice young man offered to help me place all my furniture back.  He asked me to look over the work and see if I noticed any areas he had missed (none) or that I wanted to have another application applied.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>I am very pleased with the quality of work.  My carpets look better than I expected.  I am mostly impressed with the outstanding customer service.  Good service is difficult to find these days, but this young man is very impressive!  He represents his company very well.  I hope his employer is proud of him!</p> <br />

In all fairness, I did not call them back. Unbeknownst to me, the company had new owners. The workers had only months and weeks of experience. One spent too much time privately on cell phone. This experience did not live up to my expectations, that are based upon the reputation of the previous owner.

The two young men were polite and efficient. The price was very reasonable. The carpet was quick to dry and looks great. Thank them for a great job. <br />

Their price was pretty good.  We will give them an A rating in all the categories.  We will use them again in the future.

I called on Wednesday and received and estimate over the phone based on my description...they said they could come the next day (my day off, so that was great!).  The workers were prompt and courteous, and did a great job on some items heavily soiled with pet hair and puppy stains.  They discussed with me the risks involved with the chair, a vintage rocker...they said that the colors probably would run, but I said to go ahead and clean it anyway (it was worth the risk to me), and the chair looks great.  House smells fresh and everything is clean.  I'd use them again.

The technician (Richard) called well ahead of his scheduled arrival time to make sure we were on the premises and gave an estimated time of arrival. When Richard arrived (and on-time), he politely introduced himself, evaluated what needed to be done and rapidly set-up his equipment to begin the cleaning process. We had about 30 yards of carpet, a 10x10 wool area rug that was very soiled/stained and a 3-cushion soft that needed to be cleaned. Richard took the time to do an outstanding job on all three areas. It was obvious he took pride in his work and wanted to satisfy his customers. Also, Sammy does not use a lot of potent chemicals so we felt comfortable with that. As an added touch, Richard left us with some shoe covers so as not to soil the damp carpet, a "green" canvas bag, logo pens and some candy treats. We were more than pleased with the service and the results. Highly recommend.
