Unlike another contractor, who came out and estimated that my debris would take up 2/3 of a DUMP TRUCK (thus jacking the price up to close to 400 bucks), Sam's came out, told me that if it went over one (towed) trailer load, they'd pro-rate the second trailer. . . but it didn't even come to that. Their single trailer, hooked to the back of an SUV, was full, and they charged me the honest rate that they'd initially set. Kudos to them. They raked up and swept afterwards, too. I appreciated their honesty and their good service.

The main reason wanted help with this project was that I can match ceiling texture. I wanted a pro to closely match the existing texture. I also wanted a pro to make the seams invisible. I wasn't impressed with the results of either of these 2 goals. The patch has been made, and perhaps painting will mask some of the shortcomings. I did get the job done in the time frame I wanted and at a cost I felt was reasonable. So high marks on that.

Sam's came out for an estimate the same day as the request. Work was done quickly and within the time frame quoted, for the very reasonable price quoted, and the work was high quality. Will definitely use Sam's again and will reccomend to friends and family.

Excellent! Replaced 2 exterior doors, pulled wallpaper and painted the kitchen and bathroom, re-textured the guest bathroom, painted the living room and dining area, installed an access panel for the tub, fixed a closet door,layed quarter round, fixed some minor plumbing leaks, and built a gate on the side of the house. It took him and a helper about 2 � days. We continue to use Sam whenever we need something for our rental homes.
