"Good Morning Valued Customer ([Member Name Removed]), Thank You for choosing Sam and Sons Services. I am truly sorry to hear that you did not like the outcome of your Electrical service appointment. After reviewing your account I did find we charged you a troubleshooting fee. Your technician explained to you upfront that an electrical troubleshooting was required to find out your electrical issue as well as the fees associated to repair. I understand the cost of repair may not have been what you expected, however you agreed of the cost for troubleshooting and repair by signing the work-order before any work was started. In addition, We were unable to troubleshoot and repair the controller for the sprinkler system because sprinklers are considered an appliance to which we do not repair or troubleshoot any/all appliances at this time. If you give us the opportunity to service your home again, I will offer you a great coupon to be applied to your next job with us."
