Five Star service. The name of the company says it all. They went above and beyond to help me with my air conditioner when it went out after hours. Ask for Tommy he's the best.

I highly recommend Above and Beyond! Tommy is who I dealt with and he is so patient and kind! They literally go above and beyond so that you will have the best experience and in the case of an emergency they will move mountains to get you taken care of!

A big thank you to Matthew G. for coming out to do the annual PM check and for alerting us to a possible rodent in the attic and the potential fire hazard in the heater due to the debris the rodent left behind. I am smarter now about HVAC maintenance, thanks to you. You are a lifesaver!

I called because my unit was leaking water all over my floor and freezing up. They had Victor and Steve show up at 9am the next morning (because I called in the evening) and the got right to work, figured out my issues and fixed them very quickly. They are/were very professional and polite! I would recommend them to my friends and family should they need any AC work. My experience was a 10 out of 10 with Above and Beyond AC company. Thank you for getting me cool and comfortable guys!

Tommy came out himself personally at 7:30pm to help us with our broken A/C unit. He spent time explaining everything in detail, and walked us through what needed to be fixed. I am so grateful for him and for his patience, and he gave my dad and I air conditioning again in our house. 10/10 would recommend, such a good company with promptness and thoroughness!

Matt was fantastic. We called the office at 9. He was here at 11. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it and explained it to us. Above and Beyond AC lives up to their name!

June 2023 Above and Beyond agreed about repair cost and timing for payment for new condenser unit. The unit they installed from 2014 was found leaking. New steel unit was 2000 dollars less than the aluminum unit. They pushed aluminum units but we wanted steel for cost. They agreed to a 50 - 50 payment plan. 50 down then balance Sept 1 for aluminum unit. After Victor M came to the house to do repair, I asked him if we could work in a way that minimized keeping the front door open. you would think I just cut him off in traffic and gave one finger salute. He said, **if you do not like it, maybe I will take tools and leave** which he did. After instructing him to put coolant back in the system he had removed he tells me to have a nice day. All I asked was can we keep the door closed as much as possible to keep what cool air we had in the house. He could not bring himself to say yes sir well do that, then just do whatever I would not have known the difference. Gen mgr who agreed about balance due Sept 1 does work later that day. Then, surprise, my credit card was hit with a balance last week. no notice no call nothing. My mistake was not having it in writing. My 2nd mistake was not getting steel this last time . aluminum parts from China will fail just after warranty and they will do it all again. Why is aluminum more expensive? It's not cheaper. margins are higher. Above and Beyond will not do anything for us ever again.

Experienced however would have liked more confirmation before work was started so I could have time to verify final pricing.

I was very impressed by how I was able to get a call on the same day I put in my inquiry online. I got a call from Tommy from one of the technicians , he was so personable and professional , he made a diagnosis about the parts needed to replace the furnace or replace the whole furnace. While I still was making my decision on what to do, he was so nice and concerned and drop off some portable heaters for my tenant to survive the cold front in San Antonio. I appreciate the great service I received from Above & Beyond and Tommy.

Prompt,professional, knowledgeable technician. Larry was able to diagnose the situation very quickly and effectively. The condensation tube overflow sensor was shutting down the system because the tube was clogged. I was able to clear the tube and the problem was solved. Was told to use bleach to clean it thinking it was the thing to do, but obviously it didn't work. Larry said best to use vinegar and hot water. There was no charge for the service. I would recommend Above and Beyond to others and will use them for all future needs. Best service I had ever received.

The technician, Lenny, was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. After fixing my AC, he checked everything and stayed longer to make sure everything works properly.

One of the most personal and professional companies Iâ ve worked with in 50 years. Most of these guys left the big â mess ya overâ companies to help the â actually wanting to place customers firstâ and not push sales of new units and fix yours and replace when there is no other choice. Excellent service, a big thank you to Mr. Lenny Paccione, he spent all the required time to teach us how the system works and how to maintained in good shape to avoid cost repairs in the future. Outstanding service and communication, will not doubt to hire them again or recommend them to anybody with air conditioning and furnace services/repairs.
