As I noted on other reviews, they exceed expectations. I can't say enough good about them. If you are looking for a great cleaning service, this is the one you want.

Mr. Sanchez and his two co-workers did a very nice job cleaning my 4,000+ square foot home on short notice. Mr. Sanchez had me schedule the appointment through his sister whose English is better, and she was able to fit me in the next day. The team did a really nice job cleaning. They do not do beds or laundry, but the floors, carpets and bathrooms looked terrific. I will definitely hire Mr. Sanchez again when the need arises.

Jose and his crew arrived as discussed and cleaned my home - the job greatly exceeded my expectations. Parts of the home hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, and the Sanchez team made the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, and study look like they belong in a high end resort. I was very pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend Sanchez Cleaning Service to anyone needing deep cleaning of their home at reasonable rates.

These guys are the bomb! We had a really tough cleaning situation because the house had not been deep cleaned in a while, and they cheerfully and professionally dug right in. They come now twice a week, like clockwork, and its as if magic takes place. At the beginning, we kput a list on the fridge for weekly needs (such as changing the sheets once a week, catching up all laundry, cleaning floors as needed, kitchen dishes, etc.) They just show up and do it, and we have an automatic payment arrangement so we can be gone while they're working if we wish. I highly recommend them. Honesty, competency and reliability.

They were wonderful, very professional. I wouldn't have believed my house could look this good. They seemed to really care about getting it clean -- way more than just a surface job. Today was the second time they came over, and I asked them to do some specific things in a seldom-used room. They didn't have to start from scratch because they did such a good job the first time. They are extremely trustworthy, I come and go while they're here and I would feel comfortable giving them a key. They treat your house like it's their house.They are also good with my cat and dog. Jose responds right away if you text him. It helps if you know some Spanish, but don't let that stop you. I think they'd be fine in English if necessary.

Jose and his wife did a great job. I have used their cleaning service a few times. They also clean our church. They do a thorough job. I will continue use Sanchez Cleaning Services and recommend their service.
