The faucet pipe in the 3rd floor bathroom was leaking onto the 2nd floor bathroom ceiling. Benito had to break open the wall and replace the pipe and then install new tiles along the bathtub walls He did a great job. It looks beautiful!

I had a new enclosed back porch built and had to have back porch lights installed outside of each apartment. The electrician did a great job putting in a switch at the top and bottom so tenants can turn on all the lights at whatever floor they are on.

They did a wonderful job. They completely replaced the floor of the balcony and the ceiling of the porch under the balcony. They installed a new drain pipe and called a roofer to seal the balcony. It took them about a week and it looks great.

Mr Felipe, despite having some health problems, committed fully to this project and was on task at all time. He was very honest about the cost and time frame of the project from the beginning. His detailed work and dedication to quality finishing really impressed my wife and mother in law to a point that they will definitely recommend and work with him again. He left the area very clean beyond expectation. Thanks!

Felipe Sanchez is extremely responsive to calls and texts. He gets the job done efficiently and is always punctual. I've used him many times to handle repairs at my rental property and many times I am not present. I trust him to interact professionally with my tenants and to provide details after the job is complete. His prices are reasonable and the work is done very well.

Felipe Sanchez came the same day I called to look at my fathers floor (Saturday June 8th). He gave my family an estimate later that day that included materials and labor with the understanding that he would let us know what was going on under the floor. We saw mold and Mr. Sanchez took photos and showed us what was going on under the crawl space. He laid down plastic in the hall way and was very neat and clean. He showed us the structural problem and what needed to be repaired and what the additional cost would be (he was extremely fair and so worth the price). He ripped out the old rotten wood and cut away the drywall where the mold was and disposed of it. He replaced the wood and insulated the floor and repaired the drywall and put in a new floor that would support the new washer. I attached a few photos but I couldn't get the last one of the finished product to upload, but believe me, It is amazing and we are so happy. I was only in town for my fathers 90th birthday and Mr. Sanchez sent photos and descriptions, and cost to me everyday for the two days he was there. I'm keeping his name and number in case my dad needs and repairs to his house in the future. Great work, nice man, very clean, on time, and very fair! I'd hire hime again in a heartbeat.

The service was excellent and very good. He's punctual, clear about estimates and affordable. he was very courteous and showed up on time when he made appointments.

They are excellent! I have used him since 20014 and he has done everything from walls, painting and wood framing of the windows. He also build a lot of things, cleaned a 3 storey house including the yard

The quality is really excellent. The job gets done as he describes. He completes the job within the time agreed upon and the job is very good.

They come when they say they will ,work a full shift sometimes skipping lunch and do a good job. I will recommend them and use them, again.

Well done. Felipe and his team were punctual and professional throughout the entire process. Removed the tile from shower , repaired leak and changed shower from 2 handle to a 1 handle system. Tile was replaced.

My tenant called to say that he had hot water in his toilet bowl. He also had hot water came out of the cold water faucet in the bathroom sink for a minute before becoming cold. I called a plumber who couldn't figure out what was wrong. I decided to call Felipe even though he isn't a plumber. Felipe came out with a plumber he's worked with. They opened up the walls in his apartment on the 2nd floor and traced the water lines all the way down to the basement. They found a number of issues with the plumbing including crossed pipes and copper pipes mixed with galvanized pipes. It was a mess but they fixed the problem. They were there for two days and then Felipe came back after that to patch and paint the holes in the 2nd floor, 1st floor and basement apartments. Water in toilet is now cold.

I own a six flat and the electricity in the hallway suddenly stopped working. The electric lights and even the emergency back up lights weren't coming on. Felipe came out the next day with an electrician to diagnose the problem. They fixed a short circuit and replaced the emergency lights. I really appreciated them coming out so quickly and taking care of this for me and my tenants.

These are parts of our building that don't normally receive much of our attention, but Mr. Sanchez noticed they desperately needed cleaning. Once his crew was finished, everything looked terrific!

I hired Felipe to clean and paint a tenant's kitchen and pantry. The kitchen hadn't been painted in 12 years and it needed to be cleaned before it was painted. It was absolutely filthy with grease and grime on the walls, floor, door and cabinets. He and his crew did a fantastic job. They made everything sparkle including the windows, refrigerator and stove. He also took care of some patching behind the stove and the door. The paint job was excellent.

I am SO happy I found Felipe through Angie's List! He clearly takes pride in a job well done - very professional, and will definitely call him again next time.

In the middle of the night my first floor tenant's kitchen (double) sink backed up over the top of the sink onto the floor below and through the heating vent in the floor down to the ceiling vent into the basement apartment below. I texted Felipe at 6:30 a.m and he responded within the hour. He came at 9:00 a.m. to unclog the sink. He had to rod out the sink to the basement and then he and his plumber had to rod out the sink from the basement to the city sewer line. He had to break open the wall in one area of the basement to get to the clean out. Felipe returned the next day to patch and paint the wall. It looks great. I appreciate that he came out so quickly. It was an all day project to fix this.

Everything went very well. We had contracted with Mr. Sanchez for some renovation work, and were pleased with that job. The cleaning was excellent as well.

My backyard fence (6 feet high and about 20 feet long) was leaning over. It was no longer possible to open the gate. Felipe replaced two of the posts and re-set them in concrete so they were anchored. He also replaced some of the wood along with the hinges on the side gate and the alley gate so they could be locked.

NOT FINISHED AS CONTRACTED TO DO..... NEED TO HIRE TO COMPLETE PROJECT THAT MONEY WAS INVESTED INTO CONTRACTORS SERVICES AND MATERIALS

Very well. Arrived on time and worked ver efficiently. I highly recommend Mr. Sanchez and plan to hire him again when I need plumbing, electrical and carpentry work in the future.

Excellent service. We have an old pedestal sink and the fittings were not easy to remove or find replacements. Mr, Sanchez did a fabulous job of finding the replacement parts and putting the sink back in working order.
