Due to time constraints, I moved forward with the service, but the lack of transparency and follow-through is a concern

Ours was more of a clean up project that involved a massive brush pile and taking down a dead tree in a tight spot. The crew was very efficient, arrived early, and did a great clean-up. Victor was amazing. He provided a free complete estimate in a timely manner, stayed in touch before and after the scheduled job. He was completely thorough and kind through the entire project. Fresh Start Landscaping has done multiple projects for me over the last two years since my new home was completed. To begin with I had a vision for a xeriscape landscape. Victor at Fresh Start brought it to fruition. Most importantly he did it on my budget and time line. To fit everything into my budget, we broke the full project into multiple phases. I’m so happy with how everything is coming out. Victor has a great understanding of plants for Texas. I asked for plants that were heat, drought and deer resistant. I’ve only lost one tree, and that not completely, due to deer in rut rubbing against it. My last phase included bringing a subcontractor in for adding more patio space and a walkway. It was so great to see the picture in my head become reality. They did exactly what I wanted yet always gave me suggestions to make it better. I’m already planning my next landscaping phase and highly recommend Victor and Fresh Start Landscaping to you.

I would definitely recommend Victor and his team for any of your landscaping needs! I asked for a new fence installation and a rock border with landscaping fabric underneath as well as metal edges and the finished results blew my mind. From the attention to detail to the quality of wood and equipment used I was beyond satisfied (plus the time of completion was super quick!). Again I cannot stress how happy i am with the finished results, it brings me joy knowing that my sturdy fence and beautiful border will last me for many years to come.
