We had our kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled. We also had new plumbing and electrical installed. This left of with some walls that were fresh drywall, other walls that were the original plaster, and then lots patched spots to match the original plaster. Needless to say, we had a lot of different finishes and textures going on - and painting was not a job we could tackle on our own. After getting several quotes, we went with Sanchez Painting and I'm so glad we did. Our place looks great. We had pretty much chosen our colors already, but Jay (our main contact) was helpful in explaining why our choices would work. For some reason I was more nervous about picking the paint, something changeable, than I was picking countertops and tile, something much more permanent. His guys arrived on time, worked all day, and got the job done early. Our house was built in 1952, so we have some odd built-ins (like a linen cabinet and hutch in the dining area...even little toilet brush closets in the bathrooms), and Jay was able to make them all look beautiful! There was a small hiccup doing the final walk-through, but once that was done, his crew came back and did a few small touch-ups, including some paint damage done by our contractors. Jay was pleasant to deal with and cared about making sure that we were satisfied. They will definitely be our first call when we need future painting done.

Jay Sanchez and his crew were very professional, prompt and courteous from the very beginning. Jay was available to any questions we had and worked with us to a very successful and satisfying outcome. They were on time each day. They made sure to clean up when they were done each day. They were great! From start to finish! Timeframe went as was quoted and the company's employees were very professional and respectful of our home and privacy. Sanchez Painting did an excellent job painting the entire interior of our new house. I can't say enough about their professionalism and pride of workmanship. Project Manager Jay was involved throughout the project, checking on progress and quality. Foreman Art and his crew did an amazing job of meticulous prep and cleanup as well as beautiful painting technique. It's scary hiring someone to do that big of a job and not knowing for sure how it's going to turn out. I'm so happy I found Sanchez Painting, because everything was done so well. I would definitely hire them again for future projects. Our house is beautiful, and I've received lots of compliments on the paint!

Very professional and on time, I picked the wrong week because two days were very windy and they had to wait. They came and resealed my seams around the house replaced some boards that rotted out but always checked we me due to added cost. Very nice workers job turned out great.

Sanchez Painting did a great job and we are very happy with the work. We completely redid two bedrooms, Sanchez Painting removed the old acoustic ceiling, re-finished the surfaces and painted the ceiling, walls and closet interieriors. Jay Sanchez takes pride in his company's work and even sent a crew back to touch-up things we did not see. I will definitely use this company again.

We posted a quote request on Angie's List late in the afternoon and received a call within 30 minutes to set up a time to meet. The following day, Jay came out for an estimate, which we had within 24 hours of his visit. The following week, the project began. Jay made sure to keep the lines of communication open and wanted to be sure we were on the same page, especially since much of the project was without us being home. The wind picked up, causing a delay in the actual painting, but he made sure we were aware of the modified timeline. After the first day of prep, more of our fascia board in the backyard had some rot, so we agreed to amend the quote to include fixing the issue. Jay made some great suggestions on colors, which we took and are glad that we did. There was some phone tag near the end of the job, but we were able to get most touch ups and issues fixed with little incident. Upon further reflection of the scope of the project, we have notice that the new fascia board doesn't appear to have the same quality of preparation that the rest of the house did since it was added after initial prep. Overall, we love the look of the house. They did a great job transforming the facade of our home.

Sanchez Painting was great to work with, Jay was on top of the project the entire time, and his crew was professional and polite. They all did an amazing job. There was an add-on of work due to unforeseen issues that required more extensive Stucco work, but Jay worked with us to make sure we could get that done, and still remain in budget.

In preparation for selling our home we hired Sanchez to paint the complete interior, which included quite a lot of old wallpaper in the kitchen and the master bathroom. They also painted the dated old brown oak kitchen cabinets to a more contemporary medium grey. Everything was going well, the house was empty, we had a lock box set up so the crew came and went each day with an anticipated 6 or 7 day completion for all the work we had requested. We left on a short trip and when we returned we realized that the living areas of the house that were suppose to be painted a light grey, were not that color at all. Jay responded to my panicked phone call, came immediately and 2 days later the paint was fixed. Turns out that the paint company mixed the paint incorrectly. Even though the job took 2 extra days, Jay made it right and the crews that came out to paint were great, they let us work around them to do what we needed to do at the same time. The reviews we are getting now that the house is on the market are all positive, very nice, cozy, light, well maintained.

Very good communication and follow-up. After work was completed by painting crew, the owner's son went out to personally inspect their work. He identified some things that he wanted touched up and also some additional clean-up. It was nice to see that they have very high standards for their work quality.

The owners, Jose and Jay, were very fantastic. They came in and checked before the project started, and in the middle of it and after the completion. Leo and Danny just did a very meticulous hand painting job. They are just very very meticulous about every single detail and are very prompt because I ask a lot questions about the project.. The work that they did is the best I've ever seen. They are professional, on time, and courteous. I couldn't think of anything that they should improve and I couldn't say that to a lot of other service pros.

They were very professional and punctual during the whole process. Jay kept me informed as to what the crew would be doing every day. If I had any questions I could text him and get a response back very quickly. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. Overall I am very pleased with their service. Jay Sanchez and their crew exhibited nothing but professional demeanor, both in initial communications and during the work itself. My involvement with Jay Sanchez personally during the quoting process was very pleasant, and he answered all my questions (which were many). His quote was inexpensive, and customized for what I was looking for (others I called pretty much ignored my inquiries and requests). His crew took extra care and went beyond the call of duty during preparation, doing the work, and cleanup. Also, it was discovered after doing the the specified work (a horrifically complex wallpaper removal) that there was a lot of old water damage to the wall under the wallpaper which could not have been foreseen or expected. I am on an extremely limited budget and Jay worked with me and had his guys fix things for far less than I might have imagined. He also advised me on how I might do some DIY procedures which will enable me finish the project myself (very rare in this day and age). He really showed he genuinely wanted to help me and fully understood the circumstances of the limited budget I was working with. He didn't have to do this. Most companies would have just said "well, that's life, and it is what it is... pay up". But Jay called me immediately, we discussed the options, and he had his guys do more work to ease the situation at an unexpectedly fair and more than reasonable low price. So, this is why this review is a bit "long-winded", because I wanted to express my appreciation for this company and Jay. I can't recommend this outfit high enough. Kudos to you and your team Jay! July 2018: It went very well. It was a five day job. In some rooms, they had to remove wallpaper. They did a fine job. They were on time, worked long hours, and did an excellent job. August 2016: Two years ago, they painted the exterior of my previous house. They did a finr job. I would hire them again.

Sanchez Painting did some work for us a couple of years ago. We liked their work back then and made a point of keeping their information in case we needed them in the future. Now that we are anticipating selling our house, we called them to paint the exterior of the home. From that first call to completion of the job, they were responsive, on time, and professional. I like that they trenched around the house and painted it below the dirt. The house looks great. They didn't skip corners and did exactly what they said they would.

The owner Mr. Sanchez was very responsive, professional. He provided me with a detailed estimate which included a work plan. His painters were prompt and professional. They cleaned up every night after the days work. They prepared the surfaces to be painted, applied two coats to all surfaces. When our HOA would not approve some of the colors we chose, they worked with us on selecting new colors. After the job was done, they cleaned up.

Jose has an excellent painting crew. Before any painting began, he helped us to select colors. I was so happy with the work at the first home, and how nice the painters were, that I called him again for my new house. Of course Jose met me at the house to get an idea of what I needed. Then he went above and beyond and met with me at the paint store. Five star service. I highly recommend Sanchez Painting.

I am very pleased with the work Mr. Jose Sanchez and his painting crew completed on my home. Mr. Sanchez came to look at the job and was very prompt in providing the painting proposal for the interior of my home. His painting crew started the job within 48 hours, were cleans and professional. The price for the project was reasonable and Mr. Sanchez was involved throughout the entire project, from when we initially chose the colors and the type of finish to the final walkthrough.
