Great, he updated some of my 20 year system component and got my alarm system running again.

It went well. He knew what he was doing and familiar with the brand of the alarm system. Took less than an hour.

I left a message for Michael Sanchez and he called to schedule an estimate for the very next day. Michael listened to what I wanted and then recommended a security system to fit my needs. He didn't try to sell me more than I wanted or a long term contract for expensive monthly monitoring. He provided a reasonable written estimate that included an upgraded control panel for 10% less than what the other guys wanted for their and quot;plain Jane panel.and quot; Michael's estimate noted the option of monthly monitoring for $15/month. <br /> We scheduled the installation and Michael and his helper arrived on time. They worked efficiently and my installation was completed in good order. Michael took time to test the system and then go over basic instructions. I was very pleased with with the security system as well as the professional installation services received. <br />

He suggested a heavy duty motion detector. He was prompt and came as scheduled, and he worked around my schedule.

Sanchez had to work on the phone wiring to get the alarm operational again. They did the work that Cox should have done, but didn't and Cox pretty much told us that they weren't going to do it.

The whole system cost us about 800 dollars and it was all done in 2 days. The first day was when they installed the wire and we put down 400 dollars first. The second day they came by and hooked the system up and we paid them the rest of the money. Monthly payment of only 15 dollars.

Was were referred to Sanchez Alarm by a relative. Called and was given price list - extremely cheap compared to larger alarm companies. We set up an appointment for installation and it had to be delayed one day because another job ran late. The following day all installation was completed and the system was ready to go. Mike Sanchez (owner) did all the work himself along with assistance from his wife. He has more than ten years of experience installing alarm systems and everything looks very professional. I was very pleased.
