I didn’t want him to do the roof in the rainy season, but they were running slow. I told him the contract indicated he had to finish it by May 31, 2013. But it took him an extra 6 months. If he does it, it’s right, but I’d recommend having a penalty if they don’t finish on time. He does very good work and he’s very expensive. If you want a roof that doesn’t leak, he’ll get it done.

,We purchased a 1994 home that had considerable roof damage. all damaged areas were fixed in addition to 2 ares on the lanai that just didn't drain into the drain spouts . Those ares now drain beautifully even during Issac. The workers were prompt, friendly, always answering my questions. Very neat, always cleaned up as work took a few days. The best thing was that the owner worked on the job as well. He was most helpful. Would certainly reccommend this company . I can't give a price as some of the bill was footed by the previous owners. Sand Dollar was reccommended by our realtor and we trusted her knowledge.
