Tim was a highly skilled professional who worked quickly and communicated with us throughout the scope of the project. We always knew when he was coming and going and he took great care to be sure he staged the area so as not to cover our surrounding space in dust.

The crew performed a great chimney repair for us. They worked hard and completed the jobs pretty quickly. They were very friendly and kept the site very clean. They are very easy to work with and the prices were fair. I highly recommend them for chimney work. I'm very pleased with the entire project and it looks great.

Sanders and sons did an excellent job tuck pointing, flashing repair and refurbishing the chimney caps. They went above and beyond getting the job done because we had limited time to get this done due to sale of our home.

I cannot recommend Sanders and Sons enough. Tim was very easy to work with and was in communication throughout the entire project. He provided quality work and someone who spent close to a decade as a contractor, I appreciate the clean and organized manner in which he worked. He kept the space clean and everything was put away every night when he left. Great work and highly recommend!

Extremely knowledgeable and professional quickly identified the uniqueness of the bricks all the way along he made sure to work very hard and he also when we encountered additional work, came up a mutual agreement for a price increase and he did a super job. Cleaned up well and made sure to make us feel special.

Excellent!! Tim Sanders did a fantastic job. He was great to work with. Every day he worked, he cleaned up after himself. He put carpet on the roof to protect my shingles. He was very polite and very experienced. Not only would we recommend Sanders and Sons, we will use them again, if need be.

I had a totally positive experience working with Sanders and sons Masonry for my foundation brick repairs, and my chimney cap replacement. They also cut out brick and put two glass block panels in too. Tim was very professional and explained the project in a way I could easily understand. He kept me informed, and did top-notch work. I highly recommend Tim and his workers to anyone looking to fix or restore their brick or block walls, and we will definitely use them again when needed.

Sanders and Sons did an excellent job on our chimney repair. Tim was meticulous in his work and the finished product reflects that. Beyond that, his kindness and care while working in less than ideal conditions was stellar! Scaffolding had to be installed on decking and steps that our blind dog needed to use to get to the yard. Tim took extra time and used extra materials to make her a safe route out of the house. He is an absolutely lovely man to work with, and I recommend his company to anyone who needs masonry work.

Tim performs high quality work, evaluates the root causes of the problems and provides alternative solutions to best address the problems that is not a complete tear down and rebuild as other contractors would like to do. Tim is very flexible, listened to my concerns and ideas, and implemented enhancements based my requests. Tim is an excellent communicator. At every point of the project, Tim took pictures, personally showed me the issues and the approach to take to resolve the issue.
