Sanderson's Painting

Very willing to do whatever we needed.  Extremely easy to work with, cleaned up at the end of each day.  Response time was incredibly fast.  We're very happy with the results of their work.

<br /> I wouldn't hire them again.  I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!  They were suppose to sand the walls and paint the walls.  When I called them back, the son came and did some patching.  It looks unbelievable.   They came out 2 weeks ago.  His wife came and said give me until the 3rd week of January.  I've never heard from them. He complained because he had to come back because he didn't do it right the first time.  Which wasn't my fault.  He only bought a 5 gallon paint for 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and long hallway.  That was suppose to cover 2 coats of paint and 1 on the ceiling.  The wife scraped the paint in the bedroom and you could see white paint underneath. I heard the son say, 'Dad, I'm stretching it out as far as I can.'  Now, I have to pay someone else to come out and fix their mess!

<p>Mr Sanderson prep'd the walls and completed finishing a patch of drywall repair that another contractor did not finish properly.  He removed baseboards for the new flooring that was to be installed.  He repaired all old nail holes and applied three coats of paint.  After flooring crew was finished, Mr Sanderson returned to install the base and apply the finial coat of latex enamel.     I also requested that all of my doors be removed and sprayed with new white enamel.   The older home I recently purchased had all of the doors stained dark brown and sealed.   The doors came out great !   The spraying area was my garage and all walls and doors were protected with plastic and  the area was returned to its original state upon completion. <br /> <br /></p> <p>I would like to mention that my home was unfurnished at the time of work. <br /> <br /></p> <p>I would recommend that you take Mr Sanderson's advice on which brand(s) of paint / finish to apply.  I did not and was unhappy with my selection and had to purchase additional product to get the look I wanted.  </p> <br />

Sanderson's Painting was first contacted to provide a modest remodel on the master bathroom in my family home. The house had been left in disarray by the previous occupants, and some serious work was going to be required to bring the place back into a livable condition. However, I was hesitant to commit to a big renovation unless I had experienced and affordable help. Yet, after witnessing the unbelievable quality of work performed by Sanderson's Painting and the speed at which the project was completed, I immediately contracted them to work for me on an hourly basis. <br /> For the following two months, Mr. Sanderson, the company's founder and owner, was asked to paint the interior and exterior of my home, lay tile flooring in my kitchen, repair broken woodwork on bannisters and built in bookcases, reseal the home's tar roof, install light fixtures, hang ceiling fans, install kitchen/bathroom faucets, power wash and stain the deck and fencing, landscape the front and back yards, lay gravel for a driveway, and more. He arrived on time every day and performed each and every task I laid at his feet with skilled hands, a quickness in his step, and always with a wink and a smile. In short, Mr. Sanderson single-handedly turned a run down and dilapidated old house into a beautiful, vibrant, and truly spectacular home for my family. <br /> I recommend Sanderson's painting for their hard work, their integrity, their affordability, and they superior quality of work. My family is <strong>FOREVER</strong> grateful for the efforts of Mr. Sanderson, and though his personal motto is that "a jack of all trades is a master of none", he is truly masterful in everything he does. .  punctual starting time.  did not take excessive breaks.  personable yet professional.  could not find anyone who would be willing to complete an exterior paint job started by another (who went to rehab and did not return),  further this required working on a three story residence -  mr sanderson stepped up to the job and did an outstanding job, also cleaned up the paint mess caused by those less paint savvy.  mr. sanderson also worked on the interior of the house and am quite satisfied.  I have mr.  sanderson back for more interior work.   He also cleans his area before he leaves for  the evening  and stores ongoing tools in an area where they are ready for the next day yet neatly out of the way.  <br /> I would recommend mr. sandersonn <br />
