They do not know how to install. Damaged building trying to install wired system. Now I need to repair outside wall, siding and insulation.

"I'm sorry that you left this review, which is a complete 180 from what we discussed. I didn't want to install the hardware alarm system outside but you insisted due to the electrical interference or sensitivity that you have. Once you asked me to take all the equipment down off of the siding, you counted 3 pieces of siding that needs to be replaced, after I offered more than once to pay for the replacement you told me not to worry about it, that you'd take care of it...you did put a stop payment on the initial payment but made up for it handsomely by paying me cash to take the equipment down...afterwards you sent me very encouraging texts."

I do not feel like he knew what he was doing. He cut my internet service in the process of setting up my antennae & I have had to pay my internet provider to correct what he messed up. He texted me that he would come back & fix it & I have not heard from him since & he will not return my calls. He left all of the devices & wires hanging out of my wall outside & my internet provider said the boxes should have never been left outside in the first place.

Amazing service and quality of job. Cannot beat the expertise in types of mounts, mounting surfaces, and follow up after the service. He was available for questions even before the service. Also he helped educate about mounts and deals through him. Personally he probably helped me save over $200 through questions and advice. I would highly recommend.

He was not as professional as should have been. Gave him benefit of doubt. Made unnecessary mistake that caused him to knock hole in another room. Did not move electrical so left long wires in back of bookshelves. Nice fellow but not good wook. Will now have to hire electrician to repair the mess.

Everything went great from customer service to the installation. My only issue was the cost. In our initial conversation he said the total cost was going to be $175. I asked if that included installation and wall mount, and he told me yes. Once wall mount was installed he told me that the installation alone was $175 and the mount would be an additional $80. This seems a little misleading. However $255 is still a good deal.

The service that I received from Josh at Diamond State Security was truly praiseworthy. He ended up hanging two 32-inch televisions, and the price was exceptionally competitive. During the job, several issues came up including wanting to hang a television on a wall without a stud, problems with coordinating schedules, etc., but Josh was incredibly flexible and professional throughout the process and took excellent care of us. He is an honest guy and will do everything in his power to make sure that your job is done right and to your complete satisfaction. Stop thinking - just hire him!
