Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! Unfortunately, they have been very disappointing to deal with due to the complete lack of interest and effort from the salesman and I have no idea why. I contacted sales first thing Friday morning (8am) via email to have a new system installed, I was told by sales rep previously it could be installed the next via email. I had to send another follow up email 2 hours later, sales finally replied around 11:35am “We have it in stock and can installed as soon as tomorrow.” I immediately gave them the okay and then didn’t hear back again until 1:25pm… Sales replied and informed me it would be installed on Monday so we had to go the weekend without A/C, I completely blame the salesman’s lack of effort for this… I was offered a “Sorry” and he threw in a free Ecobee thermostat which I clearly told him I already had in one of my emails. I can only assume he had a better deal going on and completely blew us off. At this point I have no idea why no one could pick up the phone and discuss this sale but we continued via slow email. I’d also like to add that the sales guy didn’t thoroughly read my emails and offered no attempt to “upgrade” me to a better unit (which I may have considered) or any extras like a UV light (I purchased and installed my own). Installation was smooth, they showed up on time, acted professional and did a decent, fast job. Unfortunately, we experienced some problems with the compressor over the coming days which is NOT the fault of Sansone, but they handled the ongoing issues poorly and sales or anyone for that matter has never replied to a single email regarding my concerns with the ongoing issues. To clarify, this was a seven-thousand-dollar system installed, I have sent three emails to the sales guy with my concerns and he did not reply once. It seems that once the sale is done, he could care less about any issues afterwards. They have had to come out a total of 3 times now (at no cost to me) and installed two separate devices as an attempt to prevent further issues with the compressor. This easily could have been a positive review, I wasn’t looking for discounts or freebies and I never complained about the price of the new system, all I expected was better communication from sales who’s job is to sell these Carrier systems with some effort…

We decided to call Sansone when our AC wasn't working properly last night. We called them first thing this morning and they were incredibly responsive and fast to come out to our home to check things out. Both the manager Kevin Zacharias and the technician Jason were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They explained to us in detail what was going on with our unit and walked us through all the available options varying from repairing to replacement, In the end we decided to replace the entire unit. We are looking forward to the installation team coming tomorrow to get us up and running cold again. It was a pleasure working with this company. They are fair and treat you like family. This will be the only company we use in the future.

Excellent! I had my whole HVAC system completely replaced and called a few HVAC companies. Spoke with Chris from Sansone Air Conditioning and from the very start, he helped me figure out the right unit for my house by helping me understand various options. Then, the installation team showed up on time and got the job done taking great care of keeping my home clean throughout the process. Evidently, one of the owners, Nick even came by to confirm everything was installed properly and I had a good experience...certainly appreciated that! Will certainly recommend Sansone to anyone looking for A/C assistance.

Needed a new evaporator coil in my packaged carrier ac. They sent a tech and a plumber out to install.First time this tech ever installed a evaporated coil. The plumber and tech informed me they did not feel they could do the job that I needed to buy a new unit as mine was to far gone. Parts on carrier still under warranty. I called management explained they told him to fix anyway. Making noises blowing hot air stopping and starting. This is after their repair. Been a loyal customer for many years but never agin. Called after evaporator repair to complain still having problems with ac no air, hot air stopping and starting sent field teck out who replaced the capacitor and tighten the blow moter- he left thermostat set at 76 won't drop below 79 degrees. This nonsense has been going on for weeks. 74 yr old senior just out of hospital cardiac event/ treated like crap. At least send a experinced tech out to teach first time repair tech how to,install,the coil. Poor service and they don't care

Horrible service. Since the installation of my Carrier A/C unit in 2015 I have had nothing but issues with the unit. Since 2015 I have had 9 service calls on my unit and multiple parts replaced. My unit til this day drips from the top and leaves water in the bottom of the return. It's not just a small drip...each time my unit cycles, there stream of water that pours out, then a steady flow of individual drips. My outside unit has had the capacitor changed out twice, and the fan motor had to be changed also. After paying for the annual service ($140 for them to just clean the drain pan twice?), changing the capacitor (free under warranty) and costing me $165 in labor for a 2 second change out...I am done with this company. I will NEVER use their services again.
