Fantastic service! Came out the same day (saturday) I contacted them to give us a quote on the tree and cutting limbs back from the house. We approved the quote on the spot and the date and time were set for Tuesday to start the 2 day job.They arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. It was tricky getting to the tree, they had to approach a certain way to avoid the septic lines. We had discussed it the day of the quote and they took care both days to approach the tree without going over the septic lines. They were extremely efficient and hard working. They had quoted a 2 day tree removal and it they were able to remove it in 2 days as quoted. They took the tree down, trimmed the limbs of very tall trees back from over the house, removed all the wood , raked the ground and thought to clean the debris from the limbs off the roof. Exceptional service! The second day , I asked for a quote to fix the corner posts on my fence. I accepted the quote on the spot again and they were able to put in new corner posts for the fence the same day. I highly recommend using Santana Tree Service! They are professional, motivated people that care about the quality of service they provide you.

Mr. Santana and his helper came out two days later and cut the tree down for us. He is a hard-worker. I don't even think they took lunch, but instead worked all the way through until they were finished! We feel that we really got a deal from Mr. Santana in that $2,000. included all the labor for cutting down the tree, hauling away everything, and using a woodchipper to make sawdust (so no tree stump!) down to 8" below ground level! He even hauled away some tree limbs/brush that was out by the curb from previous fallen limbs!

The crew was very efficient. The big tree was over thirty years old, very tall and spreading, which took more than one day's work in the hot sun, but they were very skilled at it. Horacio knows his work, has a keen eye for how things should be done, and is a pleasant guy to talk to.

Things went splendidly well. Horacio and his whole crew was extremely professional and they all were courteous. We needed to adjust the job (add a few things in the first day or so) and Horacio worked with us to make sure it was done well. What I appreciated is that he was honest and when I asked him to move our retaining wall - he said that he'd be more than happy to move it but made sure I understood that doing so could possibly kill a tree and or create an unsafe situation. After we discussed alternatives, we worked out a reasonable solution. During the job, we had to move two of our a/c condensers and he was flexible in working with us on that. I highly recommend Horacio for any tree, landscaping, and/or fence work!

He missed our first appointment for an estimate but made it the next day. They did the work for the price agreed on. They didn't grind one stump that I thought we had agreed to grind and he said he would come back out and take care of it. Two weeks later it has not been done. They do really good work but communication skills is lacking. I would hire them again but would be present to make sure the work I want done is done.

Mr. Santana was very punctual when he arrived to give us our estimate. It was very fair and he was very detailed on what he could do and could not do. He made suggestions that helped us see the benefits and it was obvious that he took great pride in his work. We were impressed because his knowledge of tree trimming made it very easy for us and we were very comfortable with that. He arrived again right on time a few days later to do the job. One of the things that we noticed was that although Mr. Santana had a crew, he did not hesitate to get in there and work hard along with the rest. His crew were briefed and they all got to work. They went to our neighbors and informed them that they would be going in their back yard to pick up the limbs that were being cut. They were careful to clean that as well. I know our neighbors appreciated that. When the job was finished, it was even better than what we had imagined. We will definitely have him back again and would recommend him to anyone needing trees trimmed. Nice to have all those important qualities of customer service rolled into one!

Excellent - Santana came on two separate weekends. He came by to survey the projects. He quoted a price that was much lower than some of the large landscaping companies. He was on site each day. The crew arrived on time. They worked quickly and were very conscientious about noise and cleaning up debris. They took extra care to check with me before they planted the shrubs and trees to ensure they would be how I like them. When they were done it looked amazing - a complete transformation of our front yard. Santana even did several little extras without asking or up charging. It had been hard to find a good landscaping company that is reasonably priced, is available when you need them, and makes you feel like a customer. They do a great job and I will be using them on future projects.

<p>My front yard had 23 Boxwood shrubs and 8 Nandinas that I had planted over 15 years ago. They were mature with large and deep root systems.  I wanted them all removed and the ground tilled, leveled and re-planted with St. Augustine sod. Additionally, the ground between my neighbor's driveway and mine needed to be tilled and leveled with the excess dirt removed before putting down the grass sod.  I have used Mr. Santana before and highly recommend him. He and one worker put in a full day and worked tirelessly to complete the tasks. </p> <p>The following day, one sprinkler, was not working. Mr. Santana came back early, identified the broken pipe, dug down and fixed it. And he removed all the debris and bushes they had removed the day before.</p> <p>Horatio Santana is a man of high integrity and principals and always does exactly what he says he will do.  I have used him before to raise the canopy and trim my trees.  He is my #1 go-to for all tree, fence, or landscaping projects.</p>

Showed up for all scheduled appointments on time.  All the work was done quickly and professionally.  Removed dead tree and stump so there was no evidence that the tree was ever there. Trimmed and cleaned dead wood from other trees and cleaned the yard after they were finished.

I'd hire him again in a minute! He and his workman called about 40 minutes before their arrival. Upon arrival, they went straight to work. Within 2 hours, the tree was down, loaded in his trailer, the stump was ground out and they had cleaned the area of all debris. The even ground a stump within about 3 feet of the tree they took down, at no cost. Pleasant and responsive. <br />

Santana and his crew arrived on time ready to go to work.  They were very organized and each man on the three-man team knew exactly what his job was and they worked efficiently and consistently and did more than you would have expected them to do without  more money.  I was amazed watching them scale some very tall trees to thin out and cut away dead limbs and branches.  They completed all of the requested work, to include hauling off the remnants and debris.  Mr. Santana's work ethic ensured that I was satisfied with the work completed, and that the area was left in a high state of cleanliness.  He and his associates were extremely personable, in that they wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the work, and they accomplished the work in a very positive manner. <br /> Additionally Mr. Santana worked with two of my neighbors and completed some tree work for them in the same day after completing my job.  Both complimented Mr. Santana and his crew on the work he completed for them and said they would definitely call him again for future tree work. <br /> I highly recommend Mr. Santana for any services that he takes on the responsibility to accomplish, because his quality of work and his work ethic is beyond reproach.  <br /> <br />

Santana and his crew have performed services for me on three different occasions. Last spring he took down 6 large trees and trimmed another 10.....I obtained several bids and his was the best. I even had a large company refuse to do the service due to not having a cherry picker truck that would get them high enough. Santana took the job and his crew climbed every single tree to complete the work necessary....no cherry picker required. These guys are good and it's amazing to watch them in action, scaling up the trees like Tarzan! We have also recommended him to two of our neighbors for large tree trimming/removal projects and both were extremely satisfied. <br />
