For over two years we’ve been extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience with Santho’s Home Repair, and will be using them in the future. Owner Santhos arrives at our home promptly and begins work immediately. Mr. Santhos listens and thinks each project through. He has done many jobs for us, all of them expertly. Examples include: Cleaning our clogged gutters and downspouts which is not easy as it has to be done via our roof but Mr. Santhos is meticulous and efficient. He even takes pictures of the fine results to show us. He came up with a solution for positioning our washer and dryer by creating of an alcove in the wall which worked out perfectly. He did a beautiful painting and sealing of our garage floor which involved stripping the old materials from the concrete pad and adding decorative flecks to the finished product. Numerous plumbing and leak sealing projects and other work which help keep our 40 year old house in good shape. Mr. Santhos is flexible when it comes to his pricing, extremely polite and gracious throughout and a true professional. He’s also a dedicated family man. We unhesitatingly recommend Santho’s Home Repair.

Santhos is a pleasure to work with. Punctual, cordial, explained everything before he started. Provided clean quotes for my unit and the neighboring unit. I will 1000% recommend him for any handyman job. In fact I have already hired him to come and repaint my house!

Porch painted but a few weeks later the paint started peeling off. Also did not paint the correct color that was requested Had to remind about installing electric covers on porch Did a good job painting wood Left about 12 holes in fence poles when replacing gate opener. Looked very bad. Had to hire new handy man to repair what he did on some of the jobs.

San did a great job! We had several things around the house that we had let go, from mounting bathroom hardware to straightening a leaning mailbox post and a lot more. He came in and took care of everything in one morning. He did the job in a neat fashion and asked me if I was satisfied with his work as he completed each task. I would not hesitate to highly recommend San to my family and friends and will be using his services for other jobs in the future.

Did a great job

We highly recommend (and already have recommended to friends and family (Santho's Home Repair). Work started on time and completed quickly for a great price. The drywall work looks great -- we can't even tell there was ever an issue. Definitely will call again next time we have a project.

He fixed a wood floor panel that another company wanted to replace and Santhos did a great job filling it and coloring the floor. He also did some painting and other misc things. Highly recommend him.

Job was performed efficiently and professionally. Toilet leak was repaired, grout behind toilet was applied, ceiling below was treated with kilz.

he install all the brackets wrong unfortunately I did not notice till after he was paid and gone. plus he put in one shelve slanted. When he left he was suppose to give me a quote on another project but I never heard from him again, I'm guessing it was because he know he installed everything wrong. I paid with Zelle so that is like cash and I had no recourse.

Santho showed up on time and was very responsive to my requests. He did the job neatly and quickly. I also asked for estimates on additional work and got an answer within a day I will be using Santho again

Great Job well done

Sam was excellent professional and did a great job moving old d/w and retiled and got new d/ w in and tiling was excellent and also did some electrical work installing over stove fan. On time called before arriving to let me know when to be at my new location. Wish could give higher than A. Sam was a wonderful find on Angie's List.

Santho got back to me right away. Was right on time for the estimate and right on time for the scheduled repair. He cleaned up the area after the job was completed. Very happy with the work he did for us.

Sam did an amazing job for my mother. I called from Alaska to have him help my elderly mother. I can’t tell you how wonderful Sam did for us.
